Dr. Lott has helped to shape the smiles of hundreds of children for over 33 years. A renowned national speaker and motivator, Dr. Lott is one of the most respected pediatric dentists in the United States.
She is an Assistant Clinical Professor in the department of pediatric dentistry at The Medical College of Georgia and has served the Georgia Board of Dentistry as a consultant. Dr. Lott is also a Fellow of the American College of Dentists and is a member of numerous local, state and national professional organizations.
The owner of one of metropolitan Atlantas most successful pediatric dental practices, Dr. Lott also provides strategic advice to a wide range of clients, organizations and students concerned about the future of American healthcare. She lectures nationally on pediatric dentistry, dental traumatology and practice management.
Family and Childrens Dentistry is proud to have our orthodontist, Dr. Kimberly Edwards Beal, on board. Dr. Beal graduated from B.E. Mays High School and attended Spelman College. She was active at Spelman as a member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc., a biology department teaching assistant, a tutor for the Office of Disabled Students and a laboratory assistant at Morehouse Medical School. Dr. Beal graduated Summa Cum Laude with departmental honors in Biology and a minor in Spanish.
She then attended The Medical College of Georgia School of Dentistry in Augusta, Georgia. She was the national president of the Student National Dental Association and was inducted into Omicron Kappa Upsilon national dental honor society. Dr. Beal then entered the orthodontic residency program at UNC Chapel Hill where she was inducted into Alpha Epsilon Lambda for excellence in graduate studies. She earned a masters degree in orthodontics, and her thesis research examined the self-esteem issues associated with orthodontic treatment.
Her treatments include Invisalign, braces for adults, children and adolescents, retainers, expanders and thumb-sucking devices. She also uses low-friction braces (clear and metal) to decrease your time in braces and increase your comfort.
Dr. Rodgers obtained all her dental knowledge in Nashville, Tennessee. She attended Fisk University, where she obtained her undergraduate education, and after graduating, she obtained her dental degree from Meharry Medical College School of Dentistry. Dr. Rodgers completed her hospital dentistry residency at George W. Hubbard Hospital, also in Nashville.
Practicing since 1989, Dr. Rodgers has maintained memberships in many prestigious professional organizations, including the Alabama Dental Society, National Dental Society and American Dental Association.
In her spare time away from the office, Dr. Rodgers enjoys volunteering her time to causes and organizations she believes in. She has been on two mission trips to Senegal and Zimbabwe, Africa. Dr. Rodgers has also served on the Board of Directors for Girl Scouts USA. She also enjoys gardening, traveling and entertaining her friends.

Insurance policies vary, so we will review your insurance to determine the appropriate course of action. Once treatment has started, we will file your claims.
