I would say an okay dental experience but definitely a horrible billing experience. The Dentist performed a sealant procedure on my son without my authorization. I wouldn't have given consent because, he had a sealant treatment a couple months before this visit. When I called to complain about the bill, the billing dept. basically called me a liar and ended the conversation. So don't expect much from the billing department at this dentist office.

Great staff and great experience. I would not go anywhere else to get a procedure done. The manager was very helpful and answered all my questions. I highly recommend them.

The people that work here really care !!!!! Had an extraction and felt very comfortable getting it done . .. week later turned into dry socket (not their fault) and they immediately got me in and took care of the problem.. thank you !!!

Love this place! The staff is so professional and kind- you can tell they truly care about their patients and the work they do. They corrected a crown I had done by another dental office and I am so happy with the results. Highly recommend!

They do NOT deserve ANY stars! I am unsure if I'm treated this way because I am black, a veteran, or both! But both are unethical. I am canceling any further treatment (or lack thereof) & going to do everything in my power to get this subpar business removed from the VA & Tricare services.

Unfortunately, I wasn't pleased with someone who I spoke today- the manager. They will not give me an appointment until I will pay for the broken appointment because I woke up not feeling well /fever. It's not about the $50! It's about how you treat your clientele and not consider a person sick. Like you can predict someone gets sick--unfortunate experience.

I don't understand why anyone would ever give this place less than 5 stars. My experience was welcoming and professional. My hygenist Jackie took excellent care of me and was very gentle. She made me comfortable and listened to my concerns. Dr. Arnold was amazing too and took good care of me. The receptionists did a fantastic job of making sure that I got my appointment within the time I needed it. I will go nowhere else for my dental needs in Augusta. By far this is the best establishment!

The staff are rude and unprofessional. Not only towards their clients but as well anyone who uses their parking lot for child drop-off during non business hours. This business allows their staff to harass individuals who are on their public property I wouldn't advise using such a horrific business. Customers should never be treated with such disrespect.

I wish I could give ZERO stars!!!! The front staff is rude and literally tried to argue with me and she was lying. I never got to see the dentist for myself this would have been my first appointment ever here. No PROFESSIONALISM at all! I also canceled my sons future appointment! I would not recommend this place to ANYONE!!! HORRIBLE customer service!

Will be switching providers. I called in the day before to let know I needed to reschedule for 2 important reasons. They called me back the next morning and told me I would still be charged a fee for needing to reschedule in the middle of a pandemic. When I was later billed on previous work I've had done, the price in office which I asked to be billed to me in mail and the price I recieved in mail were totally different. This place just seems driven to get money out of you anyway they can.

I've been going here for over 5 years and I would definitely recommend them! I've never had any issues and all of the staff are so kind and professional! It's always nice and clean when I go there and they are almost always very quick with things. They make you feel very comfortable too!

Absolutely terrible experience with their billing and office staff. We were hit with a large bill because their estimate was wrong and they refuse to work with us on it...Our fault for trusting them apparently!

The schedulers are very rude, disrespectful and talk down on customers. This is not the first review with the same complaint; so it's obvious there's a problem with staff members that need to be addressed. I called a few months ago to make a new patient appointment for my special needs son, and the older woman who answered was very condescending and sarcastic when I told her we had United Concordia-military dental insurance. She proceeded to act like she was the dentist and try to determine medical necessity along with other things. At this point I didn't want an appointment but surely the office manager needed to know the way she treated customers and discriminated. I asked to speak to the office manager to report her behavior-suddenly the excuses came flying with: he 'wasn't there' and 'didn't know when he'd be back' (convenient). When I called back to leave a message on the voicemail it isn't a VM for the manager alone it's for ALL schedulers so it's no wonder the manager didn't call me back to discuss. This place is not ran appropriately and I do not recommend any families going there whatsoever; especially if you have UC or special needs children. You'll be thankful going else where where you're appreciated.

This place doesn't even deserve the one star but I am unable to leave a review without selecting at least one. My mother took my son to the dentist here and they told my mother that for some kind of coding on his teeth it would be zero dollars out of pocket and instead of honoring what they told my mother and listening to me when I tried to call and find out who it was, Traci decided that it was a good idea to tell me to calm down and hang up on me when she rudely interrupted me in the middle of my statement. I will be absolutely sure to tell everybody that I know to avoid this place. Also, every time that I called back after Traci hung up on me my calls would geo to a voice mail.

The people that work here are great, friendly and very helpful every time we go. Great dentists and always happy with their service!
