My entire experience with Dr. McAndrew & his exceptional staff has been amazing!! I was beyond nervous for oral surgery and getting all 4 wisdom teeth removed and Dr.McAndrew and his amazing staff made me comfortable and most of all at ease!! I definitely recommend them 10/10!

If I could give 10 stars I would. I had to have a broken molar removed. My entire experience from consult to surgery was wonderful. The surgery went perfectly, and I have had absolutely zero pain(requiring no pain meds at all since my procedure), and little to no swelling. I would recommend Dr. McAndrew and his entire staff to anyone in need of oral surgery. Amazing!!

My 19 y/o and 11 y/o just had work done. Words cannt describe how well they were treated and cared for here. Would highly recommend this office to anyone!

I am having a dental emergency and when I called I was directed to the manager, Melanie, whom told me sounded like I needed to go to the ER. I then explained I had been to ED whom had advised me to see an Oral Surgeon and had spoken with another oral surgeon whom recommended this office. She then states well it sounds like you do need your tooth out but sorry we arent excepting new patients and we are also about to close for the day!!!! Where is the compassion from doctors and their staffs for patients these days. I understand they may be backed up due to COVID but Ive taken the other steps. Im on ABX and my infection is getting worse, my face is huge, and its getting hard to swallow! I hope the Dr. here himself has a different perspective.

Hello All!! I Definitely agree with other reviews a 10 out of 5 Stars! This is definitely a hidden gem that the world needs to know about !! The best staff ever!! So helpful, so friendly, and very patient!! And the bedside manner as we all speak of when it comes to seeing Dr's, is over! the! moon! the best !! Every staff member I came in contact with starting with my first phone call I had with Megan, to going back for my consult, to when I got to meet Kat, Jessica, & Nicole, all 3 so sweet so helpful made me feel very comfortable! Then I finally got to meet Dr. McAndrews!! The best bedside manner!he made me feel extremely comfortable and he is very understanding to anxious people like myself! Highly recommend him and his team to anyone that needs oral surgery!! Thanks again cause I just can not thank you enough!!

EDITED: 3/11/19 Spoke with a person from their office and the matter was resolved. I am glad that we were able to communicate and address the issue. As mentioned before Dr. McAndrew is amazing at what he does from beginning to end. My issue was with customer service from the staff but we were able to work that out so my rating has been adjusted. __________________________________________ I had a consultation with Dr.McAndrew early 2020. He was amazing in understanding what I needed done (referred by my dentist for extraction). Once done I was explained what the process would be like. I met with a woman at the front desk who calculated what my payment would be. She said sometimes it's an estimate and there could be an overage. I paid for my procedure prior to my actual procedure date. I requested just a numbing shot when I would have extraction. I was advised what prices would be if I wanted nitrous and opted out of it. On 2/19 the date of my procedure the assistant spoke to me and asked if I was ready. She advised that I would be receiving nitrous. I asked if she was sure and she mentioned that I had already paid for it before hand. I asked if she was sure again and she reassured me. Last week, I received a bill for the usage of nitrous which I later confirmed that my insurance did cover everything EXCEPT nitrous. This was confirmed by someone at their office. I mentioned that I never requested and the assistant said I had paid for it. It seems like there was a huge misunderstanding in what and what was not meant to be on my care plan. I have called their office two times and left messages. I have not received a response since the woman I spoke to the first time said she would speak to the office manager. I had an amazing experience from beginning until the day of my procedure. Unfortunately, this matter hasn't been handled and I'm waiting for a response. I like the Dr. but I do not recommend based on my customer service experience with the staff.

Patriot Oral & Facial Surgery in Williamsburg is totally outstanding!! For those that know me and my over the top anxiety of dentists..I whole heartedly reccomend them! My experience was way over what I expected. Dr. McAndrew is not only a dentist but also a MD and just plain amazing!

Every staff member is excellent, they truly care about you. Everyone is so friendly and they REALLY help you relax when you are nervous or scared. I would recommend ANYONE to come here for anything they need done. I love that they tell you up front what to expect, from the payment to after the surgery. Honestly is very hard to find, and they are very honest about everything.
