The professional staff and dentistry of Dr. Mullally put me at ease, made me comfortable and confident, despite being there for a root canal, often thought of as something one dreads. The procedure was so quick and painless I actually asked if I could stay for another one so I could continue to relax in the chair! I highly recommend this practice.

I had the worst possible experience with Dr. Mullally. I had a root canal and was given two shots prior and he started drilling before I was numb. I felt he was very rushed. He had to give me more numbing medicine 4 times but would not stop to let them work for a minute. I was told he schedules his appointments every half hour and this is not enough time if there are any complications at all. Let me tell you that feeling a root canal is NOT a pleasant experience. A few years ago Dr. Dzingle gave me a root canal at their GH office and I had a great experience with him. I am told Dr. Dzingle schedules his root canal appointments every hour. Mr. Mullally needs to learn from Dr. Dzingle. Sophia and the office staff are very nice. It was hard for me to write a negative review because I really am not a negative person but something needs to be done about this.

Myself and another family member were reffered to Dr Mullally at Lake Michigan Endodontics in Norton Shores. Both times we were impressed with their professionalism, attention to detail and how easy the process was. Highly recommend.

Great office people and Dr. Met all my needs and then some. Dr was very caring and thorough. I almost wished I needed two done. The only thing I'm going to mention is, when I was called to schedule appt, they didn't say what Dr/office I would be going to-they have two offices. When I googled the practice info it gave me the address for the office in Grand Haven-I live in Muskegon. So I went to Grand Haven only to find out, my appt was at the Muskegon office. Just putting this info out there for anyone else. Find out which office you need to go to. It was an error on their part, but also on mine too. Great Dr. Great staff.

The best dental procedure I've ever had. Dr. Mullally and his staff were very nice and professional. During the root canal, Dr. Mullally narrated what he was doing and how the procedure was going. I greatly appreciated that, since it was very comforting. Additionally, it took him less than 20 minutes, start to finish, to complete the root canal on a molar. He's kind, quick, and does very good work. I would recommend him to everyone.

This office has the nicest staff of any office I have been to. Dr Mullally is great! I was there for a root canal. He takes time with you, answers your questions and explains what he is going to do. Very caring office!

Paid $1000 for a root canal. 3 days later the tooth broke in half. I ended up losing the tooth. Money well spent wouldn't you say?

Arrived, seen promptly, attended to courteously, professionally and expediently. Dr. Mullally and his staff created an atmosphere of complete comfort. That fact that I was in and out with procedure complete in 43 minutes was just icing on the cake. I highly recommend this practice.

I can't say enough good things about my visit. I have had nothing but bad experiences with dentistry works until the last 4 years. I now won't go to anyone else for root canals besides here. I will also be directing anyone who needs a root canal to this amazing place.

Fit me in same day for an emergency root canal. I was in so much pain, I was crying. Within minutes they had talked me though what they would be doing. Met the Dr, and he went right to work. I was numb and pain free for the whole procedure. Did I mention it took less than an hour. Miracle workers, I tell ya. Dr. Mullally was so nice and told me what he was doing at all times. I would recommend him to anyone. Don't wait in pain, GO NOW!

A great experience even though it was a root canal! They got me in the next day, Dr. Mullally and all the staff were very friendly and efficient. The whole procedure was less than 1/2 hour and they made me very comfortable. Would definitely recommend to anyone needing endodontics work.

I've had several root canal procedures done at this office and I would highly recommend anyone to use this office. The Dr.'s and staff are very professional and make sure you are comfortable during the procedure. One thing I really liked was the Dr. explaining everything he was doing during the root canal. I have recommended others to this office and have heard only positive feedback.

I was terrifed to have a rootcanal done but was told Dr Mullally was the best. I was so impressed with how patient he was. He talked me through the entire PAINLESS procedure and explained everything as he went along. I could not have had a better experience and will highly recommend him to everyone.
