Dr. Vani M. Patibandla has been practicing in the Canton, Ohio, area for over 20 years. She was an undergraduate at Kenyon College, where she graduated with a degree in biochemistry. She later went on to graduate from Case Western Reserve University School of Dentistry in 1998. She also completed a year-long general practice residency and continues her education every quarter with the local dental society and study club.
Dr. Patibandla has advanced training for cosmetic BOTOX and is a member of the American Dental Association, Academy of General Dentistry and Stark Dental Society, and she is also an Ohio Dental Associate.
Her goal as a dentist is to improve her patients oral healthcare while also leaving them with positive impressions by creating genuine and long-lasting relationships with them. Seeing improvement in a patients oral health genuinely makes her day, and creating an environment of positivity and laughter with her team results in a wonderful atmosphere for our patients to enjoy. This invites new patients to visit, many of whom have heard about us by word of mouth.
Gina has been with us since March 2017. She graduated from West Liberty University with a Bachelor of Science in dental hygiene. She loves how close our co-workers are as a team and strives to put our patients at ease and make their dental cleanings a positive experience.
Lauren joined our team in July 2020. She earned an Associate of Applied Science in dental hygiene from Stark State College. Lauren values the supportive relationship our team has and how we are able to coach and help one another. She strives to be a team player who puts patient education and patient comfort first.
Patti joined our practice in August 2019. She graduated at the top of her class from Akron Institute in 1993 and later graduated from Ohio State University in coronal polishing in 2009. Patti was a Waybright Award Winner at Stark State University, from which she graduated as an expanded functions dental assistant in 2011. She later participated in a Midwest Implant Institute surgical implant externship in 2013. Patti enjoys being part of a truly caring, compassionate and hardworking team. She helps our amazing patients by providing patient education and assisting our dentist with triage and placing restorative materials.
Patti and her husband, Ryan, have lived in the area for over 45 years, and together, they have six children, a black lab named Dexter, and two cats, Storm and Steele. In her free time, Patti enjoys doing art projects, gardening, traveling and spending time with her family.
Jillian has been with us since October 2017. She completed the dental assisting program at Stark State College. Jillian admires how our dentist and team care about our patients and how each person is an individual, not a number, which makes them feel safe, heard and welcome. Jillian helps contribute by keeping our schedule full and running our team on time, as well as helping promote our practice on our social media.
Traci became part of our team in August 2019. She graduated at the top of her class for dental assisting with the Ralph G. Schimmel Award from Indiana University South Bend in 1990. She enjoys our fun team and our kind and caring doctor. She contributes to our office by keeping a two-column workload for the doctor and the EFDA (Expanded Functions Dental Assistant).
