Wonderful experience at Pathway Dental. Dr. Carmody did an outstanding job replacing a couple crowns. Color match is spot on. Very good customer service. Pathway uses state of the art equipment.

I went in for my appointment and didn't have a mask, I ask if they had one and they said yes but it cost $2... your charging me for a mask that I won't even have on during the duration of my appointment? Being a new client I didn't feel welcomed at all...I never been charged for a mask before and don't plan on paying for one when your going to be working in my mouth ? I don't have a problem with wearing mask at all and I almost paid for it... the customer service just want there at all !!! I spoke to a representative before hand and I received a text to confirm paperwork... maybe at some point the mask requirement should have been mentioned... it was just a very bad front desk experience for me...

It was my first time going to Pathway dental group, And it was so fast and everyone was so nice and friendly. I don't like dentists at all and I felt so comfortable. I would definitely recommend them to anybody

The assistants were all so caring and friendly, I would recommend anyone who are looking for a dentist to go here. The Dentist was so nice and very professional. He took his time to explained everything to me.

This is probably the best dentist I have been to. Receptionists are very attentive and helpful. Dr. Vitez is the best always has an answer to my questions, very informative. The debatl assistants are also awesome.

Thought exterior of the bldg could use some freshening & better signage. Interior is clean & inviting. Employees were helpful, professional & polite. Doc was professional, personable, thorough & informative. My only issue only was the wait times just prior to & after seeing the Doc. Otherwise... Keep up the good work!

From start to finish this dental clinic is top tier. I have been to several throughout lompoc and this one by far is the cream of the crop. The staff are friendly and professional and most importantly organized and structured. I was seen in quickly and was given a thorough assessment by the provider. Great job!!!

Just finished a session with Dr. Vitez and Payton. It consisted of having 2 cavities filled. No pain, let me tell you, and I needed a pillow behind my back, so it was provided. I was assured that if I did feel any discomfort, to raise my hand. Any questions were answered, and these were my first fillings that were not metal! The fillings were some type of white material where you cannot tell it is a filling in the tooth. I was told all I should feel would be "good vibration" and that's what it was. Thanks so much Dr. Vitez and Payton! I do what to give a shout out to Sarah at the front desk for keeping me apprised of the insurance and billing portion. Good vibrations to you and your entire office!

1. Dr. Carmody has been the most empathetic and non-judgemental dentist I've ever had. 2. He made a very concentrated effort in communicating my options and his recommendations so that I could make smart instead of hasty decisions. He also has been the only dentist that really investigated the reasons I've had trouble all my life and the only one who presented to me how important having a night guard was to protecting my teeth, and I've already noticed a huge difference after following his directions. 3. The dental staff and office staff at all three locations did work very hard to get me the care I needed when in pain. In general, office staff is quite friendly. 4. In order to deal with the payment and billing, you pretty much have to be email-savvy. You will get very good service with billing over email. Phone calls about money are almost impossible unless you are available for callback all day. The Pro of this quirk is you'll have it clearly in writing. 5. My only grievance is not being prepared more than once for the amount I would need to have ready for my individual appointments beforehand. I suggest that before you go to your appointment, email the office to ask for a treatment plan and billing amounts just to be safe so you are prepared. The estimate they give you in person for the next appointment isn't always reflection of the whole picture. Overall, I definitely will plan on staying with this practice.

The entire staff from the front desk to the dental hygienists to Dr.Vitez and her assistant, it was the absolute BEST experience I've ever had for a dental visit. I have numerous physical disabilities that prevented me from proper oral hygiene causing a great amount of decay in my teeth as well as a tremendous amount of anxiety about Any procedures required to fix the issues. Everyone worked as a team to insure my comfort and confidence in the exam chair. I'll never go to another dental group again. I'm a patient for life!

I had an minor emergency and Pathway Dental got me in right away. The office staff, Dr. and Assistants are all so wonderful. They shared the Pathway Dental Launch Savings Plan that helps with the cost of Dental Services and it really helped me with my unexpected visit and it will help throughout the year for regular visits as well. Thank you Pathway Dental Group!

This was my first time with Dr Carmody at this location. Although I still have to go back to finish the work, the work done so far has been and how he and his staff do the work are second to none in my opinion. I have busted all my front teeth out in a skateboard accident and found a good dentist then and kept him for 25 years till he retired. I might have found my second good dentist and encourage and recommend this Dentist and Pathway to anyone looking for timely quality work. I will leave another post once finished.
