I am so disappointed with this place, it was unbelievable. From the moment I got there until I left was a disaster. No one there knows what they are doing, the have no customer service, there is a mess in every room, there supplies all over the place, I saw an open Vaseline and just a complete mess. They had me go in one room, then another then oh wait outside will call you then again to another room and after 4 rooms finally did an X-ray. Then the "Doctor " says I need another X-ray and I paid $100 for the X-ray and it sounded like I had to pay another 1. I asked if I can get copies of my X-ray and they said no. Please know I never go out of my way to write a review but this place was literally a nightmare and I don't recommended this place to no one.

New management very unprofessional 4 months I have been waiting for approval every time I call they put me on hold and gives me fake info the manager said she has no time when my wife went there and try to ask her and the Spanish at the front disk very rude if you want to be treated like a kid go there

More than worst ,i swear one of my biggest mistakes is that i was there one day!! I did a crown in a while ago and after that i had many of the troubles in the tooth including infection so that effect my teeth so badly and my tooth went to -100 ,that how bad it is. DONT GO THERE AND DO THE SAME MISTAKE THAT I DID

This review for the owner of this office I just would like to let you know that the management you hire to run your business very bad..I have been waiting since June every time I call they tell me some lies and they never even call me as a patient to give me any update I have to rush to another dentist to fix my front tooth really shame guys

Under new management thank God. The ladies in front are sweethearts. The lady who cleans teeth is amazing. The lady who takes x-rays she is fast and nice. The Dr is understanding and very knowledgeable. Today was a successful day. the waiting room is now breathable and looks great.

the worst ever dental office, the one who treated me removed the suction pipe although my mouth is full of water & i was about to choke, i asked her to put it back many times & no response, then she said "swallow it", can u imagine that, i was so nervous & i walked out, i refused to continue with them, no way i will there again.

The worse service appts don't start on time! Unorganized, lack time management skills. Employees need training. I need to change dentist ASAP last time they rushed my cleaning. Fit a better cleaning at the dental school from students smh they need to do better!

I called for an appointment got it with no issues. However, the day of my appointment I was unfortunately running a little late. I called and was told to come on in. When I get there I was told my appointment was canceled meanwhile I called to inform them of my lateness. 1.)The parking lot is little and shared with many other businesses so finding parking is a journey. 2.) the business is located upstairs all the way in the back. My number was listed with them a simple call would have been professional instead of canceling when you know the patient is en route. I'm extremely dissatisfied and disappointed in the service I received here.
