Located in Paterson, NJ, The Paterson Community Health Center, Inc., has been operating as a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) since 1979 (37yrs). Paterson is the third largest city in the state of New Jersey. Paterson is made up of six (6) Wards/Neighborhoods. The health centers first facility is located in the First Ward, referred to as the Northside neighborhood. The centers second facility is located in the Fourth Ward, referred to as the Midtown neighborhood. The centers third facility, providing Oral Health & Dental Care to the entire City of Paterson is the health centers licensed Mobile Van.
As a social worker, I do take my profession very seriously, and working with pregnant mothers is one of the special benefits. It is not only a wonderful opportunity but a life changing one. I get the chance to educate, advocate, facilitate and refer patients to all kinds of resources in their community.
To provide quality, evidence-based medical care to every child I interact with in a manner of genuine concern for the total well being of the patient. I treat every child as if he/she was my own child. I also stress the importance of the parent as a crucial participant in the management of the health of the child.
I am a proud member of the Paterson Community Health Center, providing pediatric care to our children with respect and care. Their families treat me like part of their extended families. My biggest satisfaction and joy is to now see my former patients bringing their children into me for care.
As a Board Certified Pediatrician, it is my mission to provide quality care to children from newborns to young adults through ages 18 years old. In addition to my knowledge and skills, I also rely on a partnership with the family to help raise happy and healthy children. I consider it a privilege to be part of the PCHC team and enjoy watching the children and families grow.
As a member of the Paterson Community Health Center team for over 20 years, I am proud to continue providing medical care to Patersons children. It is especially gratifying to see former patients, now parents, bring their children back to us.
As a pediatrician, providing health care to our communitys children for manyyears, I have the honor of working with some of the finest, most compassionate doctors and nursing staff. IT is because of their dedication that we have been able to provide the highest standard of patient care. As importantly, are the caring families who support their childrens health and well-being?
As a physician, I am grateful to utilize my knowledge, skills and experiences to help my patients. Many patients come the Paterson Community Health Center with various challenges that reach far beyond their physical limitations but I always listen and treat them with respect and dignity. I am blessed to be able to serve this community for the last 20-f- years and look forward to many more.
I have had the pleasure to work at the Paterson Community Health Center for many years. My goal has been to work with our community to help each person get and remain healthy. Working with our health care team, my goal is to provide primary healthcare to our patients in a collaborative and compassionate manner.
I am a Board Certified Family Medicine physician. My mission is treating the individual as a whole with concerns about health maintenance, improving the quality of life and avoiding a hospital admission. I enjoy working with the diversity of patient and serving the community.
As a physician I had a dream to take care of underserved population. And that dream came true while working here at the Paterson Community Health Center. We work as a team at the Paterson Community Health Center to make sure our patients get the highest quality of care.

The entire medical services are horrible! Their attitude is horrific including the director!!!! They're incompetent! Google says their open but not for visitation. No one is answering the phone & their is no message stating closed

The worse doctor office ever. Pediatrics never answer the phone they keep you on hold staff is rude as hell I call everyday not to speak to anyone. Why are they still open

Came in 12.11.19 around noon. Was told staff was at lunch by a staff/nurse. Waited until 2pm to be told that I wouldn't be seen. Gave me a package to take home and fill it out. Something that should've been done by the staff. Come in next day only to be told that I won't be seen until Saturday. Someone in the background shouted " Have him come back on Saturday if he wants. I wanna go home" That's the king of professionalism at this ghetto clinic.

Very poor and unprofessional services. If you have any other option please dont waste you time to go there . People working there including doctor's have no seriousness at all .

This place is terrible to say the least! My appointment was for 10am I was one of the last ppl to get seen, by then it was 5pm when everybody was clocking out smh.. I'm still wondering what made me stay that long

They need to upgrade their answering service, you call nobody oicjs up the phone you have to keep calln until someone decides to pick up Mary Garner needs to make sure someone is at the phone all the time try makn an appt poor service when it comes to that.Some Drs are great, sine wkers are very polite

Rude didn't even treat me like a human being. Giving ugly looks. I walked out and was starting to have extreme pain. Even my 20 year old daughter notice and it made her want to cry. God would be ashamed of them.

Waited more than two hours just for them to tell me no one could see me because I wouldn't show up in the system and there's no boss to talk to. The woman in charge wouldn't see me and kept making me wait I couldn't even see what she looked like because she never came out the room to talk to me. I had an appointment at 9:30 I came in at 9:10 and didn't leave until 11:40.

I see a lot of bad reviews but personally I never had a major issue I never had to wait longer than 10 mins to schedule my appointments mine were scheduled in like 5 mins 90% of the time Dr Yung always came through for me when I needed her help an I think is a very nice doctor that just has a lot of patience to deal with the only thing I don't like is the area of the clinic but other than that it's been good experience for me an i will continue to go there until otherwise

Worst clinic ever. Don't recommend this place at all. I've had an 11 o'clock appointment, got there at 10:30 and waited 5 HOURS for a simple shot.

Appointment was scheduled for 11am for a simple physical. Told me to come at 10am for registration. It's 2pm and still haven't seen the doctor and she just went to lunch fml. So make sure you have nothing to do for the day if you ever schedule here. No issues with they staff though they seem nice
