I went to see Dr Patel for the first time for my wellness exam and wanted to tell him that I've been having stomach pain and my stomach looks uneven, one said it chubbier than the other side. He didn't see me till 1 hour in a half after my appointment time. He came in and was super rush doing small tedious exam and I told him my issue and he basically told me "I'm fat" to go on a diet. Worst visit ever I had to call my insurance and change my PCP and medical group so I won't have to him anymore. They charge my copay even though it was a annual wellness exam. The staff there are completely rude, when I first arrived the front desk lady was on her cell phone with no mask and didn't even acknowledge me until I said something. The clinic is super outdated and had a weird smell. NEVER AGAIN

Since covid 19 start and till now I didn't heard from my doctor that if they schedule me for routine check , all other Clinic they are scheduling their patients and giving them appointment... I call them several time but it's go directly to voice mail , staff is unprofessional. I m thinking to change my GP ..

Terrible do NOT go to this man. All he will do is ignore you and shove a bunch of pills in your face. He has no interest in your health.

we changed our insurance,so he was getting no co-pay.his staff lied to us giving blood report order that we will do it here and it will be covered by insurance,usually we go to lab crop.and he did and the other center sent us bill. and when we called doctor he said i never said this..cheater.....never go here

Had my top Dentures done by this dentist, who left a tooth which cause great pain then the she wanted to charge $95 to remove it to she should have done the first time. By far the worst dentist I've ever been to

Good luck getting a word in edgewise. He doesn't listen to you at all. I try to explain things and he cuts me off constantly. I told him about a specific infection that I knew I had because I'd had it before and instead of testing for it, he just argued with me that it probably wasn't that for seemingly no real reason. His staff are stressed out and visibly dislike him. He is cold, rude, and I can't help but feel like he's sexist. About to change my Pcp right now, this man is such an awful doctor.

Dr. Patel has been my doctor for 25 years. He has taken good care of me, my mother, my sisters, and any friends that I have brought to his office. He has always treated us like family. There are not many doctors like him anymore, and I would not go to anyone else for my family care.

This is ridiculous! It's been over 40 minutes that I and my husband have been here waiting for this doctor with a previous appointment. Now he doesn't even let my husband talk and explain what his problem is. He is rushing to let us go!
