I've been going to Dr. Patel's office since they were located in their old office 10+ years ago. I have since moved but still travel across town two times a year with purpose. Dr. Patel is very thorough, proactive and consultative in her approach. She continually invests in new technology to make patients more comfortable and the visits shorter. Her staff is top notch, friendly and caring. I'd recommend Patel & Dornhecker Dentistry to anyone.

She gives you information about the health of your mouth and lets you decide how and when you want to proceed. If you're looking to keep your teeth for your lifetime and enhance your smile, Dr. Patel and her team are the real deal.

As always, this office does a great job. I have been going to Dr. Patel's office for over ten years now. Before I went there, I was so afraid of going to the dentist. Dr. Patel did everything to put me at ease during check ups and procedures. She has always given me all the details of my dental health. She gives her recommendations while allowing me to decide the course of action that I am most comfortable with.

As with any business or practitioner you entrust to service you, please take the time to listen to your intuition (gut reaction). This practice received at least one star because the staff was friendly. I came to this dental office for a cleaning: my usual dental office was booked to the end of year due to backlog from Pandemic. I hadn't gotten a cleaning in about 1.5 - 2 years, which, to me, wasn't extraordinarily long. However, I was told I had to get my cleaning done in two visits. I questioned it a few times, but I ultimately decided to go ahead and reluctantly do it. After my X-rays, I was told I needed ~$3000 worth of dental work, which included fillings and replacement of old fillings. I guess a lot can happen in 1.5 years, I mused. I questioned the assessment but wasn't pleased with the explanation nor level of patience with the responses. Patel and staff assured me several times that I shouldn't worry because I had good insurance that would pay for everything. I wasn't very assured. However, since my family members were also been seen by her and getting work ($1000s of dollar worth) done (although they were skeptical too), I decided to seriously consider getting the work done on my teeth. Fortunately, after 6 months, instead of going in for my appointment, I booked a dental appointment with my previous dentist. After he examined my teeth, he stated that most of the procedures listed on my assessment were not needed. He even offered to do a free X-ray on one part of my mouth to see if a cavity existed in-between teeth as indicated on my assessment but that he couldn't verify on a fuzzy X-ray sent from Patel's office. However, I declined that X-ray because I didn't want anymore X-rays until next year. For my sake, I do hope all is well in that area of my mouth too :) Hopefully, no one else's experience is like mine. I wish no ill-will on Patel's practice; I want it to thrive but in complete honesty and integrity. If you feel something in your gut, listen!

This is an update to my previous post, from August 2022. I appreciate that doctor Patel's practice continues to follow Covid safety guidelines, since not only do we have Covid but we have other contagious diseases circulating now. They do everything they can to keep us safe! Gina is the best hygienist I've ever had! And Dr.Patel is awesome! The staff is so patient and polite. Highly recommended!

Dr. Patel is the best dentist I have ever had. Every other dentist I have been to always hurt me, making it a horrible experience. Dr. Patel has never hurt me! Her staff is absolutely amazing. I Would recommend this dentist to anyone looking for a great experience!

Was having some mild, intermittent pain? sensations on my right side bottom teeth where my bridge is. I was able to ignore it for the most part as it came and went quickly and sometimes many hours in between episodes. Still I thought it should be checked out. Small things can turn into bigger things where teeth are concerned. The office was able to get me in the next business day and the team got straight to work xraying and Dr. Patel did a thorough exam looking for any causes or potential issues. She chalked it up to be a sinus related bite change and clenching on my part. She adjusted the bite and advised me to wear my bite guard whenever I am streesing. Even though this was a little thing no one made me feel like I was bothering them or taking up their time. Roberta Milinski

Just left, our three youngest saw Dr. Patel for the first time today. Wish we had switched sooner! They were all so nice, the facility is beautiful and Dr. Patel was amazing. Never had a dentist spend so much time with the kids and then even talk to me about them!

They squeezed me in last minute for Zoom Teeth Whitening. Dr. Patel and staff are very nice and accommodating. I was extremely pleased with my results.
