Originally from Columbus, Ohio, Dr. David Beard graduated from the Ohio State University in 2013 with a B.S. inMicrobiology. After graduation, he attended Columbia University College of Dental Medicine in New York, NY where he graduated in 2017 with his DDS.
Following dental school, Dr. Beard completed a one-year General Practice Residency at Mount Sinai Hospital in New York City before moving back to Ohio with his wife Lynda Villagomez Beard, a Pediatric Hematology and Oncology Fellow at Nationwide Children's Hospital.

I had some tooth pain and was needing a new dentist. I was concerned being a new customer would make getting it looked at difficult. Far from it, they got me right in, confirmed and explained my insurance, including questions I had. Dr. Zaino and all the staff are wonderful. He explained my options and we have a plan now. I've found our family's new dentist.

Brought my 8 year old here after having a negative experience at a different dentist and I couldn't be happier! She was very nervous and they were so kind and gentle with her! She is actually excited for her next visit.

Unfortunately this office cancelled my appointment at the end of 2021 and to me they would reschedule. They never did. My family just went for their scheduled appoints and no one was there. Pretty sure the office is no longer operating.

Wasn't sure what to expect from the new doctor at this old practice I had been going to for over 20 years. Dr Beard was understanding, and was very personable and kind. Unfortunately the hygienist, Elena, was just a sub, because she did a superb job. She was thorough but gentle, and explained everything she was going to do. It would be wonderful if she could clean my teeth every visit! The rest of the staff was professional, efficient, and at the top of their game. I'm looking forward to my next visit! I sure miss Dr Baddour, but his practice is in good hands!

Dentist office visits make most people nervous and for good reason. But I have good news. If you live in Pataskala, or close you have a dentist and staff who care about you. Pataskala Dental Art, go to great lengths to keep you comfortable. Dr. Beard and Sherry were attentive and paid close attention to my needs. I left with a smile, not because of cleaned teeth but the experience left me feeling better about myself and my smile. Last dentist hurt me and scared me from seeing a dentist for a long time. Now I can return to the dentist knowing the experience will be positive. I can know focus on my dental health which is what we all ask for in a dentist. Thank you PDA!

Words cannot describe how thrilled I am with this place. I brought my 4 year old son in for a cleaning and to have them check out a tooth that I was worried about and he had a BLAST. The staff treated him like a little king and he has been talking about his trip to the dentist NON stop. I am so happy to have found such a wonderful family dentist in such a small town.

I'm a new patient at Pataskala Dental Arts, and Dr. David Baddour is by far the best dentist I have ever had. My experience was awesome, and the entire staff is outstanding. As soon as I walked in to the office, I was greeted by an exceptional front desk receptionist, and I immediately felt comfortable in the office. The office is clean, cozy, and beautiful. All of the staff are caring, professional, and go out of their way to ensure that your experience is a great one. While getting my work done, I actually overheard one of the staff members say, "Teamwork makes the dream work." It was very impressive how everyone worked so well together, and the atmosphere was a healthy and happy one. Dr. Baddour worked on my teeth for over an hour, and he was kind, gentle, and had a great sense of humor. I walked out of the office with a huge smile on my face, and actually couldn't stop smiling the entire day. Because of his amazing work, my teeth are clean and healthy, and I've never felt more confident about my smile. Not only was Dr. Baddour and his staff fantastic with me, but also with my 6 year old daughter. The kindness and patience was genuine, and extremely impressive. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. Needless to say, I cannot wait to go back to Pataskala Dental Arts to see Dr. Baddour and his sensational staff.
