My child has been going to Dr. Pasternack's office for years now. I have nothing but good things to say about the office all around- kind, caring and genuine. 10/10 recommend!

I had a appointment today at 8:30 for my 8 year old they made me wait until 9:28 and called my child inside without me that nurse was very rude to my child she was telling him to stop moving otherwise I won't do your X-ray she was yelling him.

Dr. P was soo great to me and most importantly my daughter. Unfortunately, we were unable to move forward with him. The only reason I can't give a 5 star review is due to how I was treated by the scheduling coordinator Glenda. She was so rude, insensitive and unpleasant to me when asking questions regarding my daughter. She clearly doesn't like her job and should take a course in customer service. Besides her, I would definitely recommend this office.

Dr. Pasternick is a very rude person. He doesn't listen to anything the parents say, he assumes, and he makes parents feel like it's their fault for cavities starting. It's genetic to have bad teeth, and he makes the parent feel like they're doing nothing right. He filled my son's STARTING cavities, I paid the copay, then got a bill in the mail after I asked if the 82$ was all I needed to pay and they said yes, it was the only thing that I needed to pay.

Sadly, just another medical professional indoctrinated by the system, who cannot and will not think outside the box, who believes that medicine is a one size fits all. The office staff are all nice until you question their expertise. This is not how medicine was meant to be practiced. Big Parma trumps all again.

We just had a our first visit here and it was amazing! They have great Covid protocols, so I felt very safe with my daughter there. They staff was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. I made the mistake of giving them the wrong insurance info, and was told I had to pay out of pocket. Which was totally fine since I gave them the wrong info. They ended up discounting my visit which was very nice of them. Even though my insurance doesn't cover them, I plan on returning because my experience here was amazing.

RUDE!! Shouldn't be around kids. He literally threw his tool on the ground like a 2 year old. I grabbed my kid and took off.. the nurse even came out and made sure the front staff didn't charge me for anything.

My kid have not even gone to his first appt to this office yet , I called to see if I can get a later time because of school, the receptionist was so unprofessional and rude NO CUSTOMER SERVICE!! I was extremely upset because she didnt even offer a suggestion to what I can probably do . She just said "Well you will have to wait till next month sorry " Now mind you this would of been our first time here. This was very disappointing.

Very clean and very professional. The staff and the doctor are very welcoming. My son did extremely well considering he has had bad dental experiences in the past. Would highly recommend.
