Dr. Life is the only dentist I've ever had who takes the extra step to make sure you are comfortable and your experience is quality. Her and the rest of the staff are so patient and kind and welcoming. My teeth have been very well taken care of and I'm almost all the way to no more cavities! I would like to thank them for helping me and my butter teeth and I wouldn't want to go anywhere else.

The entire staff from the receptionist to the dental assistant and Dr Ramteen are all exceptional! I felt welcomed from the moment I walked into their office. Everyone was very professional, courteous, and friendly. I had a great experience and would highly recommend them.

I recently moved to Laurel Heights and was looking to establish a new dentist as a recent California resident. The experience at Pastel was awesome, efficient, and quickly came together. I will be returning for my bi-annual cleanings!

I don't know what "smell" has to do with your practice. You are a very good dentist who communicates well, and chooses good dental products for your practice. I don't like being hounded to pay a bill by ISIS stalkers on the bus. You saved my life and health more than most doctors would attempt.

Dr. Rafii and his team were amazing. Their attention to detail and state of the art equipment are second to none. I'm beyond grateful for the services they provide and the level of care I received. I'm glad I switched to them for my dental care and can't speak highly enough. Strongly recommend! Oh and parking is easy. Unique for SF!

This was my first time since Pastel Dental opening the new location. What can I say wonderful service quick clean well organized and detailed description of what is going on with my teeth and planning how to achieve the result I wanted. Doctor and his assistant were wonderful the fact that they allowed my kid to be next to me while they're doing their job. They are wonderful starting from the front desk.

Had a great new patient visit today with Dr. Rafii. He was thorough and able to provide many useful tips and answers to my lengthy list of questions. The entire staff was warm, welcoming and efficient throughout my visit. I'm excited to have a plan to move forward with Invisalign, after years of delaying until I found a provider and practice that I liked and trusted.

Had my teeth cleaned by Tatiana, she did an awesome job getting all my coffee stains out of my teeth, including some that a few that were there for almost 5 years. All while being super gentle and friendly. Dr. Life was great. She saw a weak spot in a tooth on the x-ray, but just said we would keep an eye on it since she wasn't able to feel it when she was descaling my teeth. She also took off "a big glob" of cement that has been on my teeth for a decade since I had a retaining bar removed. Super confident in the care I got and I left there with my teeth cleaner than they have been in a decade.

Great, friendly staff. Made me feel at home. Beautiful facility. The dentist who examined me was gentle, thorough and took pictures to actually show me what needed work. Would recommend this dental office 100%.

Had a great experience! The staff was very professional and office was beautiful. I've had terrible experiences with dentists and mentioned that ahead of time and the dentist (Dr. Life) and the hygienist let me know ahead of time what they were going to do, what was happening, why they were doing it, etc. which helped me feel much more comfortable. So glad I switched!

Redefining Excellent Dental Care! I've had dental work done in 3 countries, over a dozen practices now. Pastel Dental is in no short measure far ahead in every way they conduct themselves! Forget the fear, the anxiety or even hatred of visiting the dentist Leah & Ruby are redefining how we should even be thinking of dental work. Their energy, efficiency and just the way they both explained absolutely everything, making me feel so comfortable they can do whatever they like going forward. I no longer even have a dentist, I have Pastel who knows exactly what they're doing professionally and I will continue to I go in & come out smiling, a real smile! It's exactly how it should be! They provided me with the upmost care, professionalism and patience so much so that I feel the same way I do after happy hour. With a lasting smile though and money well spent! Keep them drills going! Thank you Leah & Ruby
