Dr. Robert Passamano grew up in Irvine and followed in his fathers footsteps, receiving his D.D.S. degree with honors from the prestigious University of the Pacific School of Dentistry. He then went on to complete his Orthodontic degree and M.B.A. from Roseman University of Health Sciences, College of Dental Medicine. Dr. Robert is the 2021 President of the Orange County Dental Society. He is also a board certified orthodontist like his father. He and his wife have 3 daughters and happy to be back in his hometown, where they can root for the LA Rams, Angels, Lakers and USC Football.
Dr. James Passamano has been practicing orthodontics for over 30 years in Irvine, California. He received both his D.D.S. and M.S.D. degrees from the prestigious University of the Pacific School of Dentistry.After receiving his D.D.S. degree, he practiced general dentistry for 1 year before returning to get his Orthodontic degree. Dr. James is a board certified orthodontist. A long time resident of Irvine, Dr. James coached youth baseball and softball.He and his wife have two sons and one daughter, and theyre all Angels fans especially Dr. James. Dr. James now has five grandchildren, so he is planning to enjoy his new stage of life as a proud grandfather!

Dr. Passamano is wonderful. He is intelligent, empathetic, and helpful, as are his staff. His before & after photos speak for themselves. I highly recommend him!

Today is a special day for my son! After having 4 teeth extracted we were able to get braces taken off 7 months earlier than expected with Dr Passamano's 3D printed braces. My son is very excited especially being a senior this year. We cannot thank Dr Passamano and his staff enough for all their hard work and dedication. Would definitely recommend to anyone considering any orthodontic treatment.

We love Dr. Passamano and the whole office! They are friendly and professional. Whenever we had complications come up (like when my family switched insurance providers or when we had to reschedule appointments), the staff worked with us patiently and efficiently. My kids never complained about their appointments and we're all very happy with the results of their braces!

My Daughter had an incredible experience. Dr Passanamo and his staff are fantastic. They are very patient, gentle and my Daughter loved being able to pick her colors. I appreciated all of the technology that was utilized and it made it easy to take pictures of her mouth with any concerns. Very timely responses. We recommend Dr Passanamo and his team to anyone needing braces.

No words can explain how wonderful my experience was with Doctor Passamano Senior and Junior plus their entire very hard working team! My first walk into their office was a homely warm Welcome and it stayed that way or even better throughout my treatment plan. I am so grateful for having chosen or listened to my referrer to come here for my Invisalign braces because I received world class customer service and I'd love all my family, friends, relatives, etc to come get their treatment here because these doctors are so knowledgeable and live up to their promise! We used Passamano ortho the last two years for my daughter's orthodontics. They have always been professional throughout. They did a great job on my daughter's teeth. Dr Passamano was always willing to answer whatever questions I had even if I just left a message. He would always return my call. My daughter was always treated respectfully by everyone who worked there and never had to wait to long for her appointments. Overall we are glad that we chose to use Passamano orthodontics.

Great Invisalign experience. The office was very responsive and transparent throughout the entire experience. In particular, Dr. Passamano and Cheyanne went above and beyond each appointment to make sure I was happy with the progress and took extra steps to address my grinding issues.

Staff was amazing. Office visits were quick and painless. Working with the Doctor, I was able to complete my Invisaline treatment in under 1 year. I love my teeth, they were able to fix my bite which was my number one concern. I am so happy and would highly recommend Passamano Orthodontics to all my friends and. family.

Dr. Passamano has exceeded our expectations at every turn! He did such an excellent job with our kids that I finally decided to get braces too. Dr. P is extremely knowledgeable, thoughtful, and professional, but still treats you like he would his friend. I love that he's up to date on the most current techniques and practices. Everyone in the office is friendly and helpful--especially when trying to schedule around busy school/sports schedule. We couldn't recommend Dr. Passamano any more highly!

Passamano Orthodontics not only took care of my childhood braces but also any adjustments to my retainers I've needed in the decade since having them. Throughout the entire process, my treatment plans were handled smoothly and without any issues. Dr. Passamano and his staff are amazing! This is the second time as an adult that I have had braces and what a different experience it has been with the advanced skill and expertise with technology that his office is leading in. His staff is always so warm, friendly, and welcoming, and Dr. P is so accommodating and very responsive with any needs. I had open bite on my right side for years, so I had damaged my two big teeth on left side and a front tooth due to pressure falling into left. I'd appreciate that Dr. Passamano had fixed my open bite in one-year term with braces. Also, thanks for his wonderful staff team. They did an excellent job with my teeth. Now, I have confidence to show my big smile with perfect alignment. The most important thing is that I can eat food by using my right side of teeth. Highly recommend him! ^_^
