This place I don't recommended to no one horrible team work doctor did a horrible job not even a month after work was done and I was in pain I call this place and explain to the receptionist she said ok hold on and put me on hold and hanged on me, call again and no one answer called the next day did the same thing put me on hold and hang up on me I'm soooo disappointed with the worked done here never again.

after waiting 1.5 hour and found out from doctor that they sent wrong tooth x-ray to insurance company. Almost every visit, I see new doctor face. Overall clean place to visit and has free wi-fi.

Do NOT get a root canal done here under any circumstances!! They messed it up and now I need to get it retreated to fix it. They do not know how to put in a crown. I had to go back twice for them to finally get the temporary crown right. The permanent crown lasted 13 days and then fell out. Chances are you won't see the same dentist twice since they keep on switching. There are some good dentists there but you never know who you're gonna see and if they'll help or hurt you. Don't take the risk.

I'm a diabetic since I was 3 with type one been in pain for months waiting on a dam root canal my gums are sore can't eT or drink anything sugar on the floors and I have to sit and wait for I don't kno what my other teeth's are Falling out and nothing if they can't do it sooner than they should sent ppl some were they could before I catch a bad infection again

I waited 1 month for my appt. Mind you I had told them That I was in pain.However they are the only office that excepts my ins. I waited 2 hours to be seated.The male assistant was typing in the computer with gloves on and he called the another assistant from the other room to help him. When he was going to take my xray I had to ask him to please change his gloves. He left the room and that's when I notice all the blood on several places. He proceeded to rummage through a basket full of xray holders. They are suppose to be in autoclave bags and sterilized.I walked out. I would not recommend this office.The staff my be nice but the treatment rooms are not cleaned properly.And with this pandemic sterilization should be their #1 priority.I notified the proper authorities. By the way I was a dental assistant/ insurance coordinator for 30 years so I am very aware of my surroundings in a dental office. SHAME ON YOU !

This place overbooks. You will be stuck for hours. Told me fillings had to be pre authorized. My new dentist did it no problem. Stay away from this shoddy business

This place is terrible in so many ways, avoid it at all costs. They overbook on purpose because they expect people not to show up but in my experience that doesn't usually happen. Expect to wait at least an hour after your agreed upon appointment time. The surgeon they used to take out my wisdom tooth was an absolute butcher. He ripped it out and lost a piece of it inside and had to dig around in my jaw for 10 minutes. He then told me to go home and it should stop bleeding in 20 minutes. It did not stop so I tried calling the office but no answer and they did not have an emergency line. I ended up bleeding for 8 hours and the office did not help at all. Side note: the guy stank of sweat and it was uncomfortable to breath while he was near me. The dentist was not much better. After an hour and a half wait she ended up filling the wrong tooth. I had to go back again after a week of pain to have them redo it. Thankfully it was a somewhat competent Dr the second time. For your own sake, find a different dentists office. There are many in the area.

PLEASE PLEASE just go somewhere else. Horrible experience, doctor came in, didn't look me in the face, didn't greet, nothing! first red flag. What came next was just horrible! He injected the anesthesia, didn't wait not even a second and started extracting my wisdom tooth. I had a panic attack because I was feeling everything. I was in obvious pain and the doctor never stopped. the stitching was also a mess. I wouldn't recommend this place to anybody.

if there was half star i would give them this..reasons are because i have experienced unproffesional attitudes and performance..i had waited one month just to see them..then 2 months for them to miss the appointment..then 2 months for a deep cleaning i never asked for so they could have better look at bones in mouth and then they said that i need a specialist without any type of xrays..just to get someone to answer phone took me about 2 weeks itself..and now i have to see this specialist they have told me to see but they wont give me a refferal..bad dentist proffessionalism..

They charge you a $50 fee if you miss your appointment but don't even respect your time. I waited three hours before being called on and yet had another 45 minutes to wait for them to decide they were ready. I don't know if they need a new scheduling system or new management, but they need something.
