Dr. Von J. Holbrook, known as Dr. Joe, grew up on the Central Coast. After graduating high school and choosing to serve as a missionary in the Dominican Republic for two years, he attended UC Santa Barbara. Dr. Von Holbrook graduated from The University of the Pacific School of Dentistry in San Francisco. Having visited the North County his whole life, he is pleased to be a dentist here and serve the people in this area. Dr. Joe requires his dentistry to be provided at the highest standard. His passion for dentistry can be seen by his involving the patient in the decision-making process, and how he strives to make visits to the dentist pleasant, and as stress-free and as fun as possible!

Dr. Joe married his beautiful high school sweetheart, Geri, and they have 4 children. He enjoys working out, basketball, rooting for the Lakers, coaching and watching his kids in their sports, spending time with his wife, and playing Connect Four with his son. Dr. Joe is thankful for the relationships he has with his patients and members of the community, as well as those serving in the military nearby. He is fluent in Spanish.

Meagan was born and raised on the Central Coast. After graduatingfrom Arroyo Grande High School, she went on to Design School of Cosmetology where she graduated with 1600 hours of education in the beautyindustry. After Beauty College she pursuedanother passionin the dental field. Meagan enjoyshelping people smile. Outside of the dental office, Meagan spends time with her family and her dog Molly. She enjoysdoing hairfor weddings, going to rodeos, and live music.

Hello, I am Amber. I have been with Paso Robles Dental Care since 2014. I am the Financial and Insurance Coordinator at the office. As your insurance and billing specialist, I am here to assist you through explaining and discussing your insurance benefits and processing dental claims. My name is Stephanie Carlson and Ive been in the dental field for nearly 20 years. I graduated from Central California Schools Of Continuing Education in 1997. In 2007, I earned my Registered Dental Assistant Credentials. Since then, my duties have included sterilizing, preparing, and handling instruments, preparing patients for treatment, educating patients on dental care, processing dental x-rays and performing various lab and office duties. On a personal level, I love to spend time outdoors. Being in the water, going jogging, and riding my Harley are a few things that give me joy and make me smile. I also think its important, both for my physical and mental health, to take care of myself by eating well and working out so when I am not by the water, you will find me in the gym. When you combine my personal and professional traits, everything I do is because it all truly makes me happy. Ultimately, I am in this field because the satisfaction of my patients, and the care they receive, are a true priority to me. And, I strive to give them the best possible experience every single day.

Hi my name is Carley! Originally from the Central Valley, I graduated from Fresno City Colleges dental hygiene program. Ive been a hygienist with Paso Robles Dental Care since December 2017. Outside of the office I enjoy spending time with family and friends, playing soccer and exploring the Central Coast with my husband and our rescue dogs.

My name is Leah. I graduated from the Cabrillo College Dental Hygiene program in 2010 and have been a part of PRDC since February 2020. I am currently in the process of becoming a licenced Registered Dental Hygienist in Alternative Practice (RDHAP). This will allow me to treat homebound patients in the comfort of their own home. It is a service I am very excited to offer. Increasing patient access to care is a passion of mine. In my free time I enjoy hiking, gardening and exploring the central coast with my husband.
