Pasha is a lifelong New Yorker, growing up in Flushing, where he attended the United Nations International School and then the New York City Public High School for Environmental Studies. Upon graduating in their inaugural class, Pasha then attended New York University and graduated with a Bachelors degree in Economics. He then took a gap year in which he fulfilled a lifelong dream of being an audience member of Judge Milians The Peoples Court and took a Greyhound bus from New York City to Los Angeles.
After his gap year, Pasha attended Boston University School of Dental Medicine for four years, ultimately landing him back in New York City for his one-year residency at Staten Island University Hospital. Pashas office also has quite an interesting history, opening in 1960 with Dr. Felder, then being bought out in 1995 by Dr. Zomick, and finally being established as Pasha Dental in 2010. Pasha is proud to say he still sees some of Dr. Felders patients to this day and has even treated four generations of the same family!
Outside of dentistry, he can either be found at Brooklyn Nets home games or with his Saint Bernard, who drools excessively at all times. Unfortunately, since Rumi, has not yet reached 21 dog years, he is unable to carry a keg around his neck. Dr. Pasha also enjoys traveling the world and attending both football and futbol games. Since 2020, he has co-hosted a podcast on denim with his cousin called The Denimheads Podcast, discussing his appreciation of Japanese denim.
Dr. Hashimoto has been part of the Pasha Dental family since 2011. He received his DDS degree from the University of Pacific Arthur Dugoni School of Dentistry in San Francisco and then moved to New York to attend Columbia University College of Dental Medicine for his specialty training in Periodontology.
When he is not in the office, you can catch Dr. Hashimoto performing at a number of venues around the city with his band, Rexford. Originally from Hawaii, Dr. Hashimoto is a self-taught musician and founder of Rexford. He has been featured on the Oprah Winfrey show and was the 2012 Amateur Night Showtime at the Apollo Super Top Dog champion, travelling around the world defending his title.

I have been going to Dr. Pasha for several years already. My family goes to him as well and anyone who is looking for a dentist, I always recommend him. He is personal, caring, thoughtful, gentle and listens attentively with whatever ailments you may have. He may be super booked but if I'm in pain he makes room to see me right away. I truly feel I hit the dentist jackpot when it comes to Dr. Pasha. You will only go to him and you will tell everyone who's looking for a dentist about him, guaranteed. Staff is super friendly and nice too.

A better dentist experience and care does not exist! Pasha is knowledgeable and ethical in his field and has the highest level of integrity. He's also very hip and on trend in his own right. Not only is he an expert in his field, he also has the emotional competencies to empathize with his patients who may not be as passionate about a visit to the dentist! There is no health care professional I can rave about like this! I'm so grateful I found a great dentist- I highly recommend!!

Amazing first visit! With the pandemic and wanting to find a new dentist, it's been over a year since I had an exam and cleaning. Dr. Pasha was great. He provided feedback on my past issues and experiences. I would definitely recommend him!

This was by far the best dental experience I've ever had! Kind, professional, fun informational treated me with the upmost care and respect. They didn't accept my insurance but the out of pocket cost is perfect for what I needed. Never going to another dentist again as long as live, they can have all my teeth!

The glowing reviews are true and much deserved - this team made going to the dentist painless, and dare I say joyful. Just so much calm, respectful care and Dr. Pasha and his team are wonderful. I felt that every single part of this was hands-down one of the best medical and certainly dental experiences I've ever hand.

Dr. Pasha is one of the nicest dentists I've been to. I've gone to him for cleanings, for fillings, and he's always been very gentle and thorough. His office staff are also equally kind and responsive--and I appreciate how quickly they get back to me. However, the office website states he accepts Aetna, whereas his ZocDoc and receptionist confirmed he was in-network for my insurance (aetna dental ppo) before I arrived for my first appt, and so I thought I was set. But it was only after I received my benefits statements that I found out he wasn't in-network at all. "Accepting" my insurance is simply not the same as being in-network, and that small difference does mean I ultimately pay more. I felt very mislead, and simply wish there were greater transparency around insurance. Dr. Pasha as a dentist--really wonderful. But the lack of honesty around insurance is why I literally can't afford to come back here.

I come all the way from New Jersey to see Dr. Pasha because he is the most delicate, caring and brilliant dentist I've ever encountered. I trust him, he always gives me his honest perspective and advises me on the best course of treatment in a way that makes me confident. If you're looking for great dental care this is the right practice to choose.

Omg I just went to Dr Pasha at Pasha Dental this week and it was like a dental spa! Best part - they gave me a Quip electric toothbrush (10 yr anniversary special, 3 colors to pick from, limited quantities), a mini listerine, toothpaste, and tongue cleaner floss pack to bring home after my visit. At the checkup cleaning visit, they give u a remote to customize your spotify music station choices, had 5-7 choices for toothpaste flavors for the cleaning (chocolate flavor included) and then a hot face towel at the end. I feel like i walked out of a spa and 3d scanning for a nightguard cuz I wanted one, very nice clean office and friendly staff, professional. Good covid hygiene cuz they ask you to wash your hands upon entry. I'm gonna ask my whole family to switch over!

Great experience! His office was very clean, staff very professional and Dr. Pasha very knowledgeable, honest, professional, thorough, and respectful. He has ensured that patients have a quite positive and pleasant experience from the moment one walks in. There are a lot of thoughtful planning he has implemented for the entire visit (e.g. thorough compliance with covid preventive measures, vaseline for lips before procedures/cleaning, your own selection of spotify music with the remote control handed to you, an aromatic warm towel for face wiping at the end, a goody bag, your choice of flavor for teeth polishing, etc). Above all, he is a very honest doctor. I have been recommending him to all my colleagues. I highly recommend him to anyone else as well.

Best dental experience I've ever had. Dr. Pasha and his team were very knowledgeable, communicative and transparent with what's going on with my teeth. He even let me play my own music which helped calm my nerves. Highly recommend!

I went to Dr. Pasha on Jan. 29 for a second opinion after I saw another dentist a week before and who I was not happy with. Dr. Pasha is knowledgeable and professional. I appreciated his honesty and patience in explaining and going over my situation. I was a little nervous about getting a cavity re-filled but was put at ease when he put on my favourite musician (I was surprised as I wasn't expecting they would have his music.) He checked in with me to ask whether I was feeling any pain and worked efficiently and was very thorough. I absolutely recommend Dr. Pasha. Although the office doesn't accept my insurance, I intend to go back. Thank you.

After almost a year of mysterious tooth/jaw pain and doctor apmts, Dr. Pasha was the first dentist to really listen to me & consider my issues. I appreciated his honest and clear assessment, and his recommendations. My issues have been solved & resolved! I'm deeply grateful to have finally found a caring & great dentist in NYC.
