Caring for teeth is in my genes! My grandfather was a dentist, and he was my inspiration to go into the field of dentistry. My family has four generations of dentists, including uncles and cousins! Orthodontics is my passion as well as my profession, and I am always striving to become better at what I do. I enjoy seeing the transformation of my patients smiles during their treatment. When that treatment is complete, they leave smiling and full of self-confidence.
I have been practicing orthodontics since 1983, and have always held individualized treatment as my priority. I want to get to know each patient in order to cater to their specific needs and expectations. I also enjoy the personal friendships that I build with my patients and their families!
I have the pleasure of working with a phenomenal and experienced team, who I am also proud to say are my friends. We all enjoy working together, which makes for a relaxed and pleasant experience for our patients.
I was born and raised in Baraboo, and am glad to be treating the patients and families of this area and the surrounding communities. My wife, Judy, and I have lived here for over 25 years, and are proud to have raised our family here. We have three sons: Mitch, his wife Naomi, and our grandchildren Ava, Noah and Leah; Adam; and Joel. In my spare time, I love to scuba dive, attend sporting events, exercise, and travel. I have a dog that I love to take for walks and a cat who keeps my family entertained. Most of all, though, I love spending time with my wonderful family and friends!
Being an active member of our community is important to me. That is why I am a member of Temple Beth El in Madison, the Sauk County Humane Society, as well as the Baraboo and Mauston Chambers of Commerce. I was also the president of the University of Wisconsin Baraboo/Sauk County Campus Foundation for 20 years.
Hello! I have been an Orthodontic Clinician in our practice for over 20 years! I work with Dr. Paschen to place the braces on, and I do Orthodontic adjustments. We have a lot of fun with our patients and their families, and we enjoy getting to know them. I really enjoy working with Dr. Paschen and all of our patients. In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with my family and pets, gardening, canning, crafting, and reading.

Hello! I am your Treatment Coordinator! Prior to becoming Dr. Paschens Treatment Coordinator, I was an Orthodontic Clinician for over 20 years. My favorite part of being a Treatment Coordinator is getting the opportunity to meet our patients for the first time, and helping them to achieve their goals of a beautiful and healthy smile! When I am not working I enjoy traveling, reading, gardening, outdoor activities and spending time with family and friends.

We just love Paschen Orthodontics! The staff is so friendly and helpful. Dr. Paschen does great work and was my orthodontist when I was a child. We definitely look forward to coming for appointments. The atmosphere is always fun and upbeat and she is always excited to participate in the question, guessing games, and the fun dress ups to earn more Paschen Bucks! My brother told me about Paschen Orthodontics and he was not wrong about them being amazing. We drive from an hour away and they are worth the trip. They are all so friendly and personable. Both of my children are patients of Dr. Paschen. Dr. Paschen and all the staff are super friendly and helpful. They are very informative of the whole process and make it an actual fun experience for my children with the Paschen bucks. They have been saving their Paschen bucks together for a big ticket item in the future!

At my son's appointment I ask a simple question "I'm I too old to fix my teeth?" Dr Paschen was awesome looked my mess over and we made an appointment. I'm starting braces and the experience has been awesome. If you need teeth help this is the place!

Dr. Paschen is great! We have used him for three of our kids. He doesn't do unnecessary work - two of our kids only had braces on the top teeth. I wish we had found him when our first two kids needed orthodontic care. Dr. Paschen and his staff truly seem to love what they do!

I have had braces once before and everything felt like a chore regarding them. Since I got my braces put back on to fix a couple of out of place teeth everything has been simple and painless with results being noticeable making the process a fantastic experience compared to the previous time.
