My 10 year old needed an emergency tooth extraction and our pediatric dentist's first available appointment was 2 months away. Dr. Spero saw him within 2 hours and beautifully managed to calm my son's nerves and remove the tooth without issue. He is great with kids. The office is clean, the parking was easy, and the fees are reasonable. Some reviews i read took issue with the fact that they require payment prior to rendering service. While i admit, I haven't seen that at a dentist office before, I've also never gotten an appointment on 2 hours notice so...fair trade...I'm not mad at that. I'm grateful i found Pasadena Smiles and would return in a heartbeat.

Absolutely wonderful service and exectuion from the front desk, to the staff, to Dr. Spero. I had a major accident chipping 3 of my front teeth. Dr. Spero answered the phone on Superbowl Sunday and assured me I could get my smile back. Dr. Spero, the dental surgery assistants, and reception walked me through every step of recovery, and I was right as rain in no time. Amazingly professional, quick, and I highly recommend Pasadena Smiles for any dental service. You're not treated like a number here.

Amazing!!!! My daughter woke up on Sunday morning 6am with a bad cavity toothache.. went online and found dr. Vincent Spero. He immediately Called me back and drove to his office on a Sunday when they are normally closed . Not to mention it's a holiday weekend. We arrived at 8am!!! Best service!!!my 12 year old ended up needing a root canal- and experienced only a little pain (I could not believe it) I highly recommend!!!

I found my dentist office. Pasadena Smiles has an excellent staff took very good care of me and my toothache. The dentist and staff pulled my tooth with no pain. Even when the numbness faded I still had no pain. So I assume there was very little swelling. Thank you Pasadena Smiles.

Seeing that I'm terrified of dentist from a past experience, so I started getting sedated. I called this office and they took me in the same day. The dentist knew I had a phobia so he walked me through everything. I didn't even know he had pulled the 2 teeth. I can't speak for anyone else experience but mines was AWESOME!!

Waisted my time when I was told to come in right away. Dr. Vincent asked if I had insurance? I said no and he said don't worry come in. Okay when i arrived I was greeted and turned away for not being able to pay in full on the spot. Could have told me that before hand, now it's later and other dentist are closing.

Was dealing with a bad molar for over a year that would eventually suffer an infection a week and a half prior to my visit. The staff were so friendly and welcoming, enough to soothe my nerves going in. Jennie helped me fill out information and answered any and all questions I had. Dae was so sweet taking my x-rays, despite some struggle on my part (sore jaw, messed up x-rays). Dr. Spero, himself, had made sure I was taken care of when it came to this bad tooth and as quick as I came in, he pulled it right out! He took the time to talk me through the procedure of extraction and it was pain free! Thank you to Dr. Spero and all his staff! I appreciate the experience and the care given. And for anyone else wondering, yes they do follow COVID guidelines and safety measures!

This Doctor is the worst Dentist I have ever had . I used my insurance for a check- up and annual cleaning. The Dentist said I needed emergency root canal. I was like Ok go head . He used all my insurance which was 6,000 and then wanted 3,500 more and the tooth now hurts. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND not going to him he is a crook a. Very dishonest dentist. I have reported him to the insurance company and better business and my union to be taken off the list as approved Dentist.

Outstanding dentist and a staff that is equally impressive. Dr. Spero and Dr. Koutchek work as a team and truly care about their patients. In terms of the quality of care, I've never experienced anything but great service. The same can be said for my family....all 3 of my children and husband are patients. Recommended without hesitation!

I had a dental emergency (really bad toothache) and Dr. Sparo and the staff went above and beyond to accommodate me as a walk in none the less I couldn't be more relieved this is such a weight off my shoulders and a new found dentist office I can really trust ! Thanks again to the good people at Pasadena smiles.

Dr Farrah Koutchek is the best! My prior dentist was still using metal fillings and I was looking for a new dentist who was familiar with current dental techniques. Pasadena Smiles is just down the street and I decided to give it a try. Wow, Dr. Koutchek is the best. All of their equipment is clean and up to date. She has the hands like an artist and a voice like an angel. Yes! She actually sings while she grids away, which I found very comforting. If you are looking for a new dentist or your current dentist is retiring, give Pasadena Smiles a look. P.S. And Yes!.....I am a real person.
