I've been coming here for a few years and only have wonderful experiences! Everyone is extremely professional, kind, and patient. Whether it's a teeth cleaning, cavity, or whitening, I've always had the best high quality service. Parking is kind of a pain because there's only street parking, but it's really not too bad for!

I've been going to this dental office for over 10 years . All my family members go here . This is the best dental office I've ever been to. I tell I my family and friends to go here for all of their dental needs. Dr. Karimyan is caring, compassionate and does beautiful veneers . Everywhere I go they ask me who did my veneers . It's so natural no one can tell until I show off because I love it so so much . I really want to thank this office from the bottom of my heart. Thank you Pasadena Family Cosmetic & implant dentistry . Here's the best part they work with your insurance to make sure you don't pay to much money.

Worst experience with a dentist ever. Do not come here. I REPEAT ABSOLUTELY DO NOT COME HERE. I called into to obtain a retainer because my dog ate my previous one. I developed a gap in my teeth in the meantime and I asked if they could make a retainer without the gap and they said yes. I wait a month after taking a impressions and on the day I'm supposed to pick up my retainers I get a call saying they were never sent in. I go back in get another impression and finally get my retainer. Of course the retainer has a gap and so whenever I use it the gap in my teeth remains. I call in to ask how I can get the gap fixed and am told that they can only fix the gap with their Invisalign product. I would never have ordered a retainer in the first place if this was told to me. Absolutely waste of time and money. Please do not lie to your customers.

I concur with the other reviewers below to not waste your time here. Unfortunately, my employers dental insurance changed last year and I had to find a new dentist. Given the pandemic, it had been close to 2 years since I'd been to the dentist. Despite the mixed reviews, I decided to give Pasadena Family a shot. I called in September to schedule an appointment for my daughter and I, as new patients. I was promptly put on hold. After about 5 minutes, I was told that they were very busy and was asked if they could call me back within 30 minutes. I gave them my number. No call all day. The next day, no call; so I decided to call back myself to schedule the appointment. *Strike One* The appointment was for today. At the appointed time, my daughter and I arrive to the office and were told that our appointment(s) had been canceled. Asking why, they said that they needed confirmation of the appointment in order for it to happen. They said they called and texted my number but got no response from me. I said that there was no way they could have texted me as I received no text from them on my cellphone. They gave me the number they texted and called, and it was our landline (yes, some of us still have one). They said that they also called. I asked if they bothered to actually leave a message when they called the landline. No. They didn't. *Strike Two* There won't be a Strike Three. Go somewhere else. *Edit* 01/06/22 Damage control below invalid. YOU CALLED MY LANDLINE. YOU DID NOT LEAVE A MESSAGE. I can't discern from the heavy breathing, who the caller is and what they want to communicate. You have to use words, preferably English, because that's what I understand (unless you also speak German), to convey your message. Short, staccato exhalations for 5 seconds are not an appropriate or effective means of communication. Stop gaslighting!

This office is incredible. The staff is fantastic. Dr. Karimyan is by far the best dentist I've ever met. She is a fantastic professional, and visiting Pasadena Family Cosmetic & Implant Dentistry is always a pleasure. The staff is really competent, and I would definitely suggest this facility to anyone seeking dental care.

This office is amazing. the staff are great Dr.Karimyan is the best dentist I have been around. Dr.K did a root canal on me with NO PAIN. she is an amazing professional and it is always amazing experience to come to Pasadena Family Cosmetic & Implant Dentistry. The staff is very knowledgeable and I highly recommend this office for anyone interested in dental treatment. Great work everyone. thanks for always taking great care of me. JP

New clients please beware. As an ex-patient I just paid another dentist $605 to replace 2 fillings that fell out yesterday (Dr. K put them in 3 years). I expected them to last longer. Ive had a series of problems due to the inadequacies and negligence of the overall dental work I received by Dr. K a few years ago and this is the latest one. Her poor dentistry has cost me a lot of money, time and ongoing discomfort. Over the last few years my new dentist has tried his best to fix what Dr. K got so wrong. But it's never the same once you've had bad dental work. I wholeheartedly DO NOT recommend this dentistry, specifically Dr K.

Don't waste your time or money here. Very unprofessional. I went here for my first appointment and spent almost an hour waiting around before they got around to seeing me. Then they only 'evaluated' my teeth, and had me come back at another time for a cleaning. I had to leave work to go there, and felt like they really didn't care about my time. They also recommended a filling that I suspected was unnecessary; I really didn't feel like I could trust them which is obviously quite important in a medical provider. For some reason, I decided to give it another chance and schedule another cleaning with them for 6 months later. They sent an automated text to confirm my appointment which I didn't respond to till the day prior. Then I found out they cancelled my appointment, and automatically rescheduled it two months later! They didn't even tell me it was already given away until I got in touch with them. If I had just showed up normally like with ever other medical provider, they would have sent me away and wasted even more of my time. Decided to look for a better dentist.

I had major pain in my molar tooth before holidays. I called the office and was scheduled an appointment. This office is absolutely professional, courteous and patient with my sever pain. Dr. K extracted my tooth and I didnt feel any pain. Afterwards even though it was holidays. DR K. And her staff followed up with me to make sure I was okay. This is the best dentist and I highly recommend Dr. K to all. Thanks, Ivet Samvelyan

My first and so far last experience with the American health system. Needed urgent dental help (root canal) the second day after arriving in the U.S. All members of team were very nice and I got an appointment on the same day. All was done on the same day and I was able to continue my tour through California - thank you so much! The dental procedure was accurate and professional. I still receive their promotional newsletter along with reminders etc. I would be happy to return for a check-up but it's quite a trip

Absolutely professional staff and excellent service. The office is clean and very high tech. Staff are compassionate and the doctor has wonderful bedside manners. I give this dental office 5 stars. Give this dental office a try and you will find out for yourselves.

Best Dentist Ever . Very nice staff . I am very difficult patient and they took great care of me . Best cleaning of my life . Dr. Karimyan is an excellent dentist with very artistic hands . Her cosmetic work is amazing . Everyone always asks me who did my veneers . She's very maticoulous. And best part is they are very affordable . Thanks to all the staff members for the red carpet treatment ,,,,

This was the most Amazing experience of my life . Great office and exceptional service . Since I became of Dr. Karimyan I have been looking forward to each and every visit. I will recommend Dr. Karimyan to all my family and friends . My crowns looks so natural. She's a true artist . She did exceptional work no one can even tell I have crowns in my mouth. I highly recommend this office. Proficient skills, polite demeanor and meticulous to details. I had a bad experience in another clinic where the three dentist brothers cannot even get their tools sterilized appropriately. I will not take the good service here for granted!

I've recently visited this dental office for all of my dental implants . I got seven dental implants . I hated going to the dentist for years. But after my dental implant procedure this is the best dental experience ever. They were very gentle and no pain at all. I love this office and the stuff. They are very professional and very caring office . Amazing team . Thank you so much for taking good care of me .

Terrible office manager, nice office decor but poor customer service. I overheard a conversation between the manager and patient and I felt he was dismissive and argumentative. I did not feel welcome here and felt they just want your money and don't care about you. Don't be deceived.
