This office overcharges like crazy. They charged me $375 for nitrous AND tried to bill my insurance $500. They say trying to bill the insurance was a mistake but I doubt it. The $375 alone is very expensive. Shop around, this offices isn't as good as the reviews look.

Dr. Safa for President. Yes, he is that good! I had to get an emergency root canal done and I called his office and came in the next day to get it looked at. Dr. Safa and his team took care of my root canal. The procedure was seamless and painless (yes, it is possible!) especially since I was very anxious prior to the procedure. I cannot be happier with the outcome :)

Dr Safa knows quite well what he is doing. I was in excruciating pain after I had a root canal done somewhere else that got infected. Dr Safa took me straight from hell to heaven. I hope he will continue helping people in pain for many years to come!

they give you a price on the phone and then they add all the prices that they need. They charge $130 consultation and the price don't go towards final payment. Super disappointed of the catfishing service they offer.

i love this facility what a great staff, and the best dentist i have experienced in all my years of dentistry this was by far my best experience EVER, LOVE THEM, I'M 66 YEARS

I was referred to Dr. Safa by my dentist for a consultation. My problem was a root canal that may have been poorly done by another specialist. I had all my x-rays with me taken one day before by my dentist and was ready to show/email to him. When I arrived, Dr. Safa informed me that I needed to take x- rays immediately in order for me to be "documented" as his patient. He also stated that he would NOT be speaking to me unless he uses his machine to take his own x-rays. Why would I need to take the exact same set of x-rays that I took the day before again???? I have all the x-rays necessary on hand (correct resolution and area). Why would I need to expose myself to the radiation once again? His answer was that he would not speak to me unless he has x-rays down on HIS machine. Even if above stated is the law (I searched and was not able to find what law exactly he was referring to), and as a dental doctor you are not allowed to have any contact with your patient unless you have x-rays done on your own machine, how come Dr. Safa was so rude about it? By the way, he did not want my dental office to send him the records of my x-rays either. Is it so bad to be concerned about one's own health and not want to take an extra radiation just for the sake of a mere consultation? Apparently, yes, according to Dr. Safa. Despicable. When visiting this office, Dr. Safa will not care if you are in pain (yes, I am in pain), he will just follow whatever ridiculous rule he set up in his office. That's the impression I got. If by chance Dr. Safa is reading this review, I would advise him to please refer to the Legal Reference Guide for California Dentists, section 117. "Who is considered a "patient of record"? A "patient of record" is a patient who has been examined, has had a medical and dental history completed and evaluated, has had oral conditions diagnosed and for whom you have developed a written plan." If I have all my medical and dental history completed, have the necessary x-rays on hand (or can be transferred from another medical office), made an appointment to see him just to receive such a rude rejection... I am very disappointed in this so-called "patient-documentation-only-by x-ray - rule". I wonder what other surprises would have awaited me, if I actually had become his patient... Well, I am glad I didn't...

My mother Frances Beltran just had a great experience today with Dr. Safa as she had a route-canal procedure. She says "by far the best dentist I have ever experienced", there was no pain AT ALL through her entire time there. Great customer service, overall a great experience.

Root canal treatment can never fall into the category of an enjoyable experience but this is probably as close as you can get. Dr Vu delivered quick, effective, painless treatment with great efficiency.

Dr. Safa did my root canal procedures so professionally and competently and I was welcome by his office from the moment I made the phone call for the appointment until everything was complete. It was a very positive office visit; Dr. Safa is knowledgeable and caring and the "shots" given to me were painless as they were given in such gentle and caring manner. Dr. Safa explained what he would do next prior to his doing it. I would definitely return to Dr. Safa if needed be in the future. Thank you, Dr. Safa, for your professionalism and your office staff for their top-notch customer service.

It is rare that one would encounter and outstanding dental professional ( looking forward seeing your dentist), but I managed two of them, one being Dr. Safa. Not only is he an outstanding professional who saved many of my teeth, but he is also an educator, a man with superb interpersonal skills. An of course I shouldn't forget to mention - he is a dental artist with compassion and honesty. Hopefully you will never need a root canal, but if you do... you should definitely land on Dr. Safa's chair!

This is my 1st time EVER writing a review for someone! Dr. Younes Safa is AMAZING, SERIOUSLY! I have issues when I go to the Dentist but no lie, he is truly the best that I've been too. I had a Root Canal done and it was painless from start to finish. I was in and out within an hour!! I recommend him to anyone and especially if you are scared of the Dentist! They had great music playing, I was even humming and tapping my nails while he was doing the work. He even told me did I go to get my tooth fixed or to hear his music. Great work, great personality and WONDERFUL staff! Thank you SO MUCH, Dr. Safa!!!

Dr. Sara Soumeeh did my root canal. This was my first root canal and she took care of all my pain and then she and her staff guided me through the each step of the procedure. She calmed my fears and I was amazed to not need any painkillers after the procedure. The pain and healing were minimal. Many thanks to Dr. Soumeeh and her staff.

Very friendly staff and Dr.Safa is really an efficient one and have enough patience to clear doubts . I needed a reroot canal and the whole procedure was really a painless one.I was really tensed at the time of entering their office but all melted away by their amiable interactions.I recommend him for my friends without any second thought.
