Dr. Knox is incredible and the entire staff is amazing. The hygienists are all top notch. I couldn't recommend them enough.

Very unprofessional. Told me he was going to perform one procedure, then said he did not say that. Accused ME of misconstruing what he had said. Go elsewhere if you want quality dental work!!

Best Dental appointment experience I have ever had. Went in for a cleaning, and everyone was exactly on time, everyone was very professional, nice, and courteous. Big shout out to Katrina, my hygienist who did an AMAZING job with my teeth cleaning :) Job Well Done :) !!!

Dr.Knox is the best dentist in the area. Been seeing him and his excellent staff for 15+ years. Office is beautifully put together and comfortable.

Front desk staff is rude literally every visit. Especially the lady with the noticeable veneers. Hygienists are very nice. But that's really the only positive about this location. Don't think the dentist truly knows what he's doing as well. Go somewhere else :))

I've been going to Dr. Knox for 15 years, maybe more. Him and his staff are very kind and professional. Lucky to have him as my Dentist for so long. Couldn't recommend a better dentist.

Every phone conversation I've had with this office has been rude and abrasive. Every appointment I've had has been canceled, changed, rescheduled, or modified and occasionally without telling me. Then I get rude phone calls asking if I'm waiting outside for an appointment I scheduled months ago to be for tomorrow. They like to argue with you about when you scheduled an appointment for while you're reading the emails sent back and forth telling you you're correct about the date. I had better dental care in the military, and that's really saying something. Go somewhere else, there's better options for dental care a quarter of a mile down the road.

Did the procedures he recommended out of house, refuses to do the procedure. If you care about your teeth look else wear!

Took my 5 yr old there and absolutely LOVED it. Kim was AWESOME, she was informative, great with my son, really helped talk him down from being scared, and was extremely pleasant. Dr. Knox was very nice and helpful as well. An all around great experience. I would highly recommend.

Great staff from the front door to the dentist chair. Had not been to the dentist's in almost 10 years and they took care of a broken tooth in under an hour. Now getting back into the normal 6 month cleaning routine.

I've been coming to Pasadena Dental Care for almost 30 years. Never had a bad visit. Everyone is super friendly and helpful. They do wonderful work and never waste your time. This place is the reason I can never leave the area (I'd never find a Dentist I like as much)
