This place is horrible! They don't care about their clients at all here and they make you feel horrible when they're the ones making mistakes! I spent so much money with horrible results. Very much disappointed with this place. I would NEVER EVER recommend anyone here. They will ruin your teeth.

I've never been subjected to such barbaric dental practices in all my life. I went in for a root canal and was seen by the "root canal specialist." He refused to provide me with anywhere close to enough novocaine, and I could feel him drilling directly on the live, raw nerve. I was screaming and writhing in the worst agony I've ever endured in my life, begging for something to numb the nerve. He refused. I was heard screaming and sobbing from the street. While the office staff is great, this dentist should have his license to practice dentistry revoked. To add insult to injury, he neglected to provide me with an antibiotic to address the infection. I'll never step foot in this office ever again. Status post 24 hours: I have a fever and am on my way to Urgent Care.

This was office assigned to me with my insurance I went they gave me a breakdown of what my copay would 750 for a crown I called my insurance and they called to get code from office my payment was for 175 when I tried calling office to see what the extra fees was for they were very rude kept cutting me off telling me I needed to come to get reevaluate I told them what my insurance told me and he said that he gave them the price and that it's correct and that he could not do anything for me from what I saw they are robbing there patients

Excellent customer service, and great Dentists! I have been visiting this Dental office for years, when i first started receiving services I was afraid of dental work due to a bad experience with another dentist . Dr. Wyndhamsmith with time and patience has healed my phobia as well as my daughters. We've had several procedures with no pain, he makes certain we are comfortable and that we are happy with the end result. We love the staff, the service and location. Thank you all for providing my family quality service.

They treated the wrong tooth, and ruined and perfectly good (and expensive) crown in the process and left me having to get the tooth pulled. I called to complain about it and they never returned my calls.

Best dental office Ive ever gone to. Very nice staff. Refered co-workers to come and have there dental needs done here. Very satisfied! No need to drive around for the needed specialists. Everyone is in the office! Quick and painless free. I highly recommend.

Im a patient of Dr Wyndhamsmith. I had a bad tooth ache and he saw me right away and prepped my tooth for a crown and instructed me to pay close attention to any pain because i might need a root canal. Later Dr. Kim saw me and gave me a root canal and did a top notch job. both of these Doctors are fantastic. as well as their assistants Julie and alexandra. Keisha is a great person to have at the front. she welcomed me in and made me feel very comfortable..... ERIC K.

The friendliest front office staff, specially Keisha, I was so nervous when I went in she just told me to relax and said it would be quick and no pain. Dr Joseph Kim was amazing explained everything in detail I was In For root canal and did not fill a thing. Amazing Amazing!!!!! Thank you so much!

Just like many people I hated going to the dentist. Mostly because of my past experience.... Then I went to Pasadena Dental Care and I honestly have to say that it was one of the best I've ever experienced. Not only was the staff friendly and professional. I didn't feel a thing when they removed my 4 wisdom teeth and a crack tooth all in the same visit.

Don't go here. The billing department doesn't do their job. I'm giving them the benefit of the doubt that the billing department is incompetent but since the owner refused to speak with me about it I feel it could be something more malicious. Beware. They told me how much I had to pay out of pocket so I paid it. A few weeks later I got a bill in the mail for $500. I thought it was a mistake but they said I had to pay it because they messed up and didn't give me the right out of pocket amount. That was a not so nice surprise. I asked to talk to the owner because I thought it was a bit unfair. Like a bait and switch tactic. He refused to speak to me about it. The billing department eventually said they're sorry but, "I don't want to say too bad, but too bad". They were able to somehow find it in their hearts to knock off $200 but they still were able to squeeze more money out of me. I'm going back to my previous dentist where the billing department actually checks what my share of the bill will be and there are no surprises. I tried this place because it was closer to my house.
