Dr. Mehta and her team have blown me away with their expertise. I just finished the process of having Dr. Mehta install three dental implants for me, and I couldn't be happier. I was born without several adult teeth due to a genetic problem, discovered when I was a young girl. Finally, after three rounds of braces and retainers, and several months of trying to get the implants to fit right, because my existing teeth are shaped a bit weird, my smile is complete. Dr. Mehta made sure my implants were perfect. I can't say enough wonderful things about her and her team. I'm forever grateful for all of them.

Worse than a used car dealer! My dentist of 35 years retired, so I tried a Temecula dentist. I fell for the 'new patient special', only to find out that I had a dozen things wrong with my teeth. I was told I had multiple cavities, needed crowns, new veneers, etc. I did agree to having two of the fillings done that night. They are very high pressure with getting you go sign paperwork. It literally took the Dr. about ten minutes to do the fillings - and she was standing up the entire time. I paid $430 (cash patient, which was supposedly a discount), as well as the new patient consultation charge. After being told I had so many things wrong, I went to two other dentists for second opinions. They both said I was oversold on what needed to be done, and that the 'two fillings' I paid for, should have only counted for one (same tooth, and they were incredibly small). One of the dentists even said he would not have touched them - he would monitor them with each visit. Both dentists also said I only needed one crown, and that it wasn't urgent. I called Dr. Mehta and explained the situation, and asked for half of my money back - they said they would talk to their manager and let me know. Two months later: crickets. So I called again, and said I was very unhappy, and would no longer be their patient. After hearing a 10 minute sob story and a bunch of fake sympathy, they also said they would check with their manager and let me know. That was two weeks ago - still nothing. I ended up paying over $500 that day for x-rays, a cleaning, and two incredibly small cavities that probably didn't need to be touched. I did warn Dr. Mehta's office that I would be leaving a review based on my experience - I gave them a fair chance to give me a partial refund, but with no luck. And, to my surprise, they told me I was their in 2006 as a new patient. It was the only other time I tried a Temecula dentist (I always drove to OC for my dentist). And sure enough, it was the same experience 15 years ago - a laundry list of things that needed to be done - they even tried to sell me braces. Please avoid!! But don't worry, when you are unhappy, they will be sure to tell you what a good patient you were, and how much they like you. Oh please!

The staff is very understanding and display a genuine sense of empathy. The office is very clean. I would highly recommend getting dental work here.

Staff is negligent & over look very important details on patients charts. I wouldn't recommend going to this facility at all.

I have been going to Dr. Mehta for many years. Dr. Mehta is very caring and honest. When I needed treatment she gave me all the options and alternatives for treatment needed and did not pressure for anything. Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable about treatment recommended. Hygienist Lita is very gentle and caring. I was seen for my appointment right on time. did not have to wait at all. I would recommend this office to anyone that need long term honest dentist.

Great dentist and wonderful staff! They aren't pushy like many I've seen and they get you in within a reasonable amount of time! They gave me the best quote I could find on veneers also. I highly recommend them!

Jan, the hygienist is awesome.....!! The staff is always so accommodating and friendly. I love Dr. Mehta. I highly recommend this dental office, located in beautiful Temecula!

Says on their website they accept all PPO insurance. What they don't tell you is that apparently they are only a Premier Provider so if you have PPO your benefits will be cut in half using their office and the rest out of pocket. They refer you to RIVERSIDE office that will accept full benefits and coverage of 100% instead of 50%. Riverside office has an homeless encampment next door. And the DR. is only there one day a week. Dr. MEHTA seemed very nice, but there is definitely something shady about a practice that operates in this manner. I would not recommend wasting your time. I have since found a much more reputable Dr. With no strings attached.

In November 2018, I went to Dr. Parul Mehta's office with a coupon for Clear Correct. I chose to use her services because she made me feel comfortable and confident in what she was doing. Also I like her staff and her office is nice. I'm still in treatment, but so far looking great. Can't wait to remove clear correct. I am a senior citizen, 57. I would like to encourage anyone that is suffering from unattractive teeth to seek treatment. Never too late!

We've been going to this office for our family's dental needs since Dr. Mehta took over from Dr. Sansom, our previous dentist in this same office. I guess that's over 15 years. We've had cleanings, extractions, crowns, visaligns and other procedures done over the years. We've been pleased with the services provided and continue to go back.

BEWARE!!! The office always tries to overcharge for services that either aren't necessary and/or added without consent. They also false advertise their prices. I asked to speak to the manager and they said he's in meetings all day. That's what a manger is there for to address complaints! The on;y reason I've stuck around this long is because the hygienists are the best!

What they don't tell you is that apparently they are only a Premier Provider so if you have PPO your benefits will be cut in half using their office and the rest out of pocket. Great dentist and wonderful staff! They aren't pushy like many I've seen and they get you in within a reasonable amount of time! They gave me the best quote I could find on veneers also. I highly recommend them!
