I went to the way papa location where they made me an appointment for the next day in Appleton and they claimed they called me three times to tell me they needed to reschedule but no one called me at all and then they proceeded to blame me for it. I had 3 abscess teeth it was an emergency and they wouldn't even help me find anywhere else to go. This resulted in me having to go to the emergency room for a second time. And the teeth still aren't pulled and they want me to wait a week when quite literally I cant

Phone line says not accepting new dental patients and to check website. Website says accepting new dental patients. Can't talk to anyone. Can't get in line anywhere.

The scheduling and customer service at the front desk area are the worst. The hygienists, doctors are very good.

Usually I never have issues with this place, but now I can say I do. My 13 year old had a chipped tooth with an exposed nerve. He was seen here last thursday morning. xrays were done and nothing. All he was told was to go to his follow up on August 25th. That same day I took my son to the ER for pain. Hes 13. Came back to Partnership dental yesterday to have his tooth fixed. The filling is coming out now since it wasnt properly done. We are back TODAY for my son to see if they will properly take care of it or not. Im not 100% sure if I will be coming back here or go somewhere different.

Like many, I do not enjoy visits to the dentist. I had an emergency and was able to get it looked at the next day, while under lockdown last year. The team was professional, friendly, and kept my health and safety in mind. Dr. Heather is who helped me, and really made me feel that she knew exactly what I was feeling. She did everything to make sure I wasn't nervous or uncomfortable. I have never had such an amazing dentist experience and will only go here in the future. Keep up the good work!

Had the experience of taking my granddaughter to an appt.. Worst experience EVER!1st they were going to refuse service as a consent was not given for me to bring her there but in actuality it had already been previously arranged with the office prior that am that I was bringing her by phone call from her mother.. second had to fill out health questionnaire for which answers were possibly unknown but had to fill out anyways & send home for her mother to sign & return.. noticed no other pt was requested to fill this form out ..waited 35 min after appt time before they came and got her.. when approached psr desk asking if they were aware patient was here I got a "I so think response"Very unprofessional place!!

If I could give 100 stars I would! Dr. Victoria is the best dentist I have saw in 46 years. I have been to many and I literally HATE GOING TO THE DENTIST usually, but Dr. Victoria is so patient, kind, thorough, caring, funny, professional, courteous, and she literally went the extra mile for me many of times. She has has many dental assistants throughout my 15 months of consecutive dental appointments, and they are always so joyful, nice, professional and most of them humorous, which helps Alleviate any anxiety. The front desk associates are always welcoming and helpful. I just got two teeth pulled and was talking and joking the entire time and I used to have to get put under. If that doesn't say enough, I don't know what would!

If I could give a 0 I would! Worst dentist me and my husband have ever had to deal with!!! They don't even care about their patients and the care of their teeth!! Literally the most unprofessional place I've ever experienced in my life and will be contacting the better business bureau!!!

This is a good place over all. However , I am higher risk with COVID-19 so I did not come In for my annual exam ( like Partnership's doctors advised me to do.) Now I have a dental issue and they are not seeing me and wanting to send me to Waupaka because now they are clarifying me as a new patient. This is messed up!

If I could leave no stars, I most certainly would. My wife was seen at this location a few weeks ago, needing a follow up appt with another branch. She was informed the referral, or necessary details would be faxed to the other location, who would then reach out to schedule the appt for her follow up. Weeks have gone by, and nothing. We've attempted to reach out to both locations ourselves, and have not received even a call back. Nothing whatsoever! I am reasonable. I understand some of the current challenges being faced, short staffed, sickness, etc. However, I find it unacceptable that three weeks after the initial visit, six separate calls to each location; there has yet to be even an acknowledgement of those calls. No response still. Beyond disappointed doesn't even begin to describe the experience with this practice. Luckily, after reading some of the other reviews, I am feeling better about my wife having an appt with another practice in the area. Based on what I've seen, the care within the facility doesn't appear to be much better then the way things are handled up front, at the scheduling/receptionist level.

They cancel my kids appointment and when asked why, they said because they called to confirm but was not able to get a hold of anyone. There was no voice-mail and the receptionist said because the voice-mail was full. I checked my phone and there was a unknown number that was missed during my WORKING HOURS And no voicemail were left nor was my voice-mail inbox even full. I'm sorry, but if you schedule me the date, I expect to have that time saved for me kids.

In pain and refused to help. They told me to call 24 hours prior to my appointment to confirm, my appointment was at 8am I called at 932am the day prior and they told me it was canceled that I was not within the 24 hour window. Like a hour and a half past your 24 hour window and your going to refuse to help me. Unacceptable. Like you don't open till 8am. I called the day prior to my appointment early enough you should be ashamed of yourselves for denying care to a patient in pain, while you play this dirty game of yours. Shame on you all.

Dr.Jess and her staff are world class! I recently had dentures placed and Dr.Jess did a splendid job on my dentures. The work was professional and I was informed thoroughly through out the process unlike Familia Dental of Green bay, Wisconsin. Dr. Jess made this guy's year special!
