Dental hygienist had no bed side manner in her treatment for my gums! She let cord for her cleaning tool brush my face several times! Also I had to wipe my own face on several occasions from drooling due to numb face! Will not request her on next visit!

This is the best dentist in the area. They do not overcharge you like a lot of the other ones. They are fair and the work is top notch. I worked with 3 out of the 4 dentists who practice here. They are all excellent and very nice people. They do not try to knit pick you with a bunch of random charges. I would highly recommend this place if you do not have dental insurance.

My husband and I have been with the same amazing dental group for 30+ years. We would have never chosen to leave. Our dentist retired and then we found Dean and Matthew Kent. They have far exceeded our expectations. We were treated with respect and dignity from the first phone call. We would highly recommend this practice.

I went to Dr. Kent for my 11 yr old son that hit his gum next to his front tooth and it was shaded and so I was nervous what it might be but Dr. Kent was so understanding and tooth all the time to talk to us and make us feel so at home. He was so very caring, he was like family. Thank you very much

I have been coming here for years and am upset that I did not have good service. The hygienist was aggressive with my teeth and hardly spoke two words to me throughout the entire cleaning process. I never knew what was going on until finally I was in so much pain I asked and she said there was an issue. She never once asked if I was ok throughout the cleaning process. It was very uncomfortable. I even said ouch at one point and she said nothing and continued. She would scrape then cleaned my teeth then proceeded to scrape again and then would flood my mouth would cold water directly on my teeth without warning. All without saying anything!!!! Usually I have Margaret and even had other hygienists who were wonderful and considerate and I have never been in any pain before. By the time the doctor came in he was very nice and explained what was going on with my teeth. When I went to pay the usual price is $140 or close to this price without insurance for the exact same services. Now the price is $225. I understand inflation but why would there not be maybe an email or a heads up about the new pricing. I have come here every 6 months diligently for the last few years and am really appalled by how I was treated by this hygienist. I am not sure how you can treat patients without communicating to them what's going on or even ask them how they are doing throughout the process and all the while being rough handed with them. She was rough in every sense of the word from when she threw the heavy cover over me for the X-rays to the end of the cleaning. I most likely will not return to this dentistry and I think the price I paid for what I had to endure is wrong.

Great office to work with! they are very attentive to their patients, give excellent advice, and care, and they have reasonable wait times to schedule appointments, unlike some other local dentistries! Planning for this to be my entire families' dental home.

This is the best place for your dental needs. Excellent service performed by Dr. Dean Kent. He actually listens to your concerns. And he is full of compassion, integrity and honesty; something you'd want from your dentist. Personally, I also appreciate how he makes sure a print out of the break down of costs is provided. And he explains in details what his suggested course of action is for your particular situation! I appreciate his professionalism, and his friendly nature. Everyone should have a dentist like him! And this is whether you are doing preventive treatments, or need corrective action on your dental needs. The front office staff works as a team, I love that about them. And they are courteous and accommodating when you come for your appointments. Let's face it, dentist visits can be hard. Partners in Dentistry makes it a little easier. Thank you!
