I called to try to get in to see a dentist on a Friday morning that I had never been to. Dr. Kent's team got me in within an hour of my call. Everyone was very pleasant and super friendly. The Dr was awesome and I was feeling extremely better immediately. I feel very blessed that God guided me to the perfect place to meet my needs. I had an excellent experience at the dentist. Wow. I never thought I would say that.

I have been seeing Dr.Kent for 10+ years. Everytime I go into the office all of the staff is friendly and very knowledgeable! I have never had an issue with any of the work I have had done. I have recommended them to a lot of people over the years!

I had cracked one of my back teeth, and it was becoming painful. I was fortunate enough to get a late day, last minute appointment. The front office, the dental technician, and the doctor all worked very quickly. Within minutes, I was in the chair and x-rays taken. The doctor checked it out, and although I'll need a crown, he sealed it to prevent infection and lessen the pain. I was so impressed with the compassion of the entire team, getting me in on such short notice, and everyone being so friendly. I highly recommend this denial practice. They're more than just great dental professionals, they're wonderful people, too!!

Everyone at the Norfolk office is wonderful. Great customer service from professionals who care! Dr Kent is the most gentle dentist I have ever met! I can't recommend them enough!

I was seen by this location on 3/30/20 I paid all my co-payment a YEAR! Later I get a bill that I owe 42dollor but no one can explain. Now I'm receiving collection letter from them. This s*$t is so inconveniencing to be receiving extra bills at a time like this. They really put me in an unexpected Bond I'm very disappointed with their service and the way they do things around there! ... I'm trying to add photos of this ridiculous bill. I was seen 3/30/20 I got the extra bill 11/22/21 and then collection notice 12/22/21. I've payed my dues ! Xs

I've had rough dentist since I was a small child, I don't have many phobias in the world but oral injections have always been something that stresses me out most likely because of the Past Dentist. I would usually think about my appointment for a week, all crazy and not looking forward to it and white knuckle it the day of the appointment. Since I have relocated to Virginia, I tried doctor Kent's office because of his high ratings from his other customers. I can say I was not disappointed in his compassion and gentleness towards my fears.....if I could say it was pleasurable, lol...It's the most pleasurable dentist experience I've ever had in my life.

Been going to this practice since I was little seeing Dr. Dean Kent & now take my kids here to see his son Dr. Mathew Kent! Awesome family dentistry where the staff actually know you & you aren't just a number.

Although the waiting area was a little bit too small for being in there, during high COVID cases, Dr. Matthew Kent got me in and out of there so quickly! He was very precise and molded my tooth for the crown I'm getting done, on my following visit and he also filled my tooth up, all so fast! I had to switch my dentist to put me on waiting for over two months, for a crown!! I think I'm going to stock to Dr. Kent.

I've been seeing the Kents off and on for 25 years. (The offs were financial and logistical). I couldn't recommend them more highly. They practice with patience, kindness, respect, and an unmatched gentle and careful hand. They get what needs done done, but never ever give me the used car salesman vibe I have gotten from other dentist. I trust them completely with our dental care and advice. They take excellent care of my entire family!
