As a lifelong resident of Southern Indiana, I am very proud to provide dental care close to home. I attended Odon Elementary and graduated from Loogootee High School. I then received a Bachelor's Degree in Dietetics and Nutrition from Indiana University before returning to IU where I graduated in 2002 with a Doctorate of Dental Surgery.
I have been married to my wonderful husband, Pete, since 2000. We have three children, Simon, Elijah, and Elire. Our family enjoys family nights, laughing with friends, exploring the outdoors, and being involved with our church.
I grew up in Washington and graduated from Washington High School. I attended University of Southern Indiana, where I received my Associate's of Science degree for Dental Assisting in 2009. I am an Expanded Functions Dental Assistant. I have furthered my education with courses in Coronal Polishing and Fluoride Application. I am new to the Dr. Parsons' team, but not new to dentistry. I have worked in Oral Surgery, General Dentistry, and Hygiene over the last 12 years. I look forward to making our patients have a great dental experience.
My boyfriend Derek and I have two children, a son and daughter that bring us so much joy. In my spare time I enjoy watching my son play sports, camping, gardening, shopping, farmhouse home decor, trying new recipes, and anything Disney.
