I heard the dentists at this location were very good, unfortunately I was not able to validate this. As many below have stated the folks at the reception desk were very challenging to deal with. I booked the appointment on line about two weeks prior. Upon showing up I stood in the reception area for about a minute before anyone even acknowledged I was there. They asked if I had an appointment without even looking up at me. I gave my name and their response was "your appointment was canceled" again without making any eye contact. I stood there for a moment in silence, finally the receptionist said you were called. Then went on to say we don't have an Aetna qualified hygienist. I asked if I could reschedule, I was told it would be a couple months out, not until they hire a new hygienist. I then asked what number they called, she recited my cell phone number that I had in my hand and she then went on to say we called twice, I asked when because I had no missed calls or voice mails. Needless to say I have found a different dentist. It is a shame that the folks in the reception area are driving away customers.

Appointment was at 8:45, but it's 10:00, still didn't call inside. Rude staff. Disorganized. Better go to a different dentist

Horrible staff. They ask for clearance last minute and cancel my appointment,. They don't even tell me they changed my doctor. Super rude front staff.

The Hygienist and dentists are excellent! But the women working behind the desk have no idea what they are doing. Payment is due upon completion of your visit. It took them longer to figure out how much my bill was than my total dental appointment. 2 weeks later I get an invoice for an amount due. I will NEVER go back because of their front end employees.

Hands down the best doctors and staff! Take great care of me and make sure that I am satisfied before walking out. I highly recommend.

My dental hygienist, Tammy, was the nicest lady. She was so kind and had the best bedside manner. The front desk staff had bad attitudes and horrible tones, and sounded miserable even when they just called me to confirm my appointment. It made me a bit worried I would have a bad experience, but I was so pleasantly surprised when I had Tammy. Absolute nicest woman ever I couldn't have asked for anyone better! The front desk staff could learn a lot from her

Communication leaves much to be desired. There is only one pediatric dentist, so appointments fill up quickly. There was a lot of confusion when trying to schedule appointments for myself and my two kids. They told me the appointments were scheduled, but when I called back to verify some insurance info, she told me the appointments weren't scheduled as previously discussed. And by then the desired appointment times weren't available anymore. So I had to split into multiple trips, and when my kid was scheduled to go, I get a call that morning the dentist is sick and the next available appointment is a month later. Their billing is confusing and you should question everything because they don't offer full disclosure on procedures.

Called more than 3 times to resolve billing issue. Never entered insurance info correctly which resulted insurance denied. Every time office manager is out. Last time told me they would take a look, but nothing happened after that.

I called to make an appointment for a teeth cleaning for my three year old, and the receptionist told me that I would not be allowed to accompany my child for her teeth cleaning. I explained she is three years old, and that I was not going to leave her alone with a stranger. I asked if there was a COVID concern, and she would not give me a straight answer, and told me that it was the rule, and I should discuss with the dentist. The whole situation creeped me out, and we will not be going.

We have had long wait times in the past but we stayed here since they took both our dental insurances but today was the last straw. I called over a month ago to make 3 back to back appointments for myself and my two kids. I get called less than 24 hours before our appointment that they need to cancel my daughter's appointment because "our insurance will not cover" her cleaning. We have been there multiple times so I questioned that and also question why my son's isn't canceled. I am told his will need to be canceled as well. It isn't about our insurance it is because they only have one hygienist now, instead of two. If they had someone quit and couldn't fulfill our appointments then why am I just being told the day before. They offer me a week later but can only do two out of the three appointments which is not what I wanted this is why I scheduled us all at the same time. So whatever, I say ok I guess the two kids can go next week and I will keep my appointment for tomorrow and they said they had to cancel my appointment too. All three of us were booked and they canceled us the day before. Ridiculous we will go somewhere else.

I've had nothing but bad experiences with this office. I can never speak to anyone on the phone. I've been trying for months to get clarification on my statements. I verified coverage with the office and my insurance company, and my procedure was 100% coverage. However, they are charging me for "upgraded" crowns I didn't ask for. I switch to this office because of the insurance coverage. Two months later, and I'm still waiting. No one has reached out at all. 7/18/22-***I've not been able to speak with anyone. No one calls me back. I went to the office in person last week and was told someone would call me back and I've not heard anything. Who do I need to speak with? Every time I call no one can help me or the office manager is out.

Waste of time !!!! Double book appointments, you go there and you wait for at least an hour. Horrible service. Disgusting office full of flies. I would give -10 if I have the option

Pediatric dentist is nice but the wait is rediculous. Always waiting at least 45 minutes or more. No that's not normal. I made an appointment for a reason and was late for work because of their delays.
