Born in Alberta, Canada, but raised in Florida, Dr. Paroo has been in the area since he was three. He knew from an early age that he wanted to pursue dentistry as a profession, so he began his studies at the University of Florida, where he majored in Psychology. During his time at UF, Dr. Paroo assisted in a pain management study conducted by the Department of Psychology along with the College of Dentistry, where he learned how pain affects the way people see their experiences. Dr. Paroo then continued his studies at the prestigious New York University College of Dentistry where he learned the many facets of dentistry he practices today.
With this background, Dr. Paroo works to apply what he knows about the way people think and his comprehensive understanding of dentistry to provide everyone who walks through our doors with a comforting experience, dedicated to making patients feel at ease while performing his job with perfection.
In his spare time, Dr. Paroo enjoys a wide variety of activities such as playing soccer, hiking and SCUBA diving. He also loves the time he gets to spend with his wife and dog. Dr. Paroo recently embarked on a life changing, 5 day hike through the mountains of Colombia where he perfected the calm already instilled in him, which is so necessary in his work.

Had a dental emergency over the weekend due to my tooth falling out. My brother reached out to Dr. Paroo and he immediately took care of me on a Saturday evening. He made me a temporary tooth on the fly and did a fantastic job. He was so gentle and a stand up guy. I felt no pain and his work speaks for itself. I would rank him number 1 in this area for dentistry.

Truthfully, I've never been to a more patient, kind, and thorough dentist. Additionally he has the most wonderful staff. I walked in embarrassed at the state of my dental care, not once did he make me feel bad. Dr. Paroo is very supportive is eager to help me get teeth into a good place.

Super clean, modern, and friendly office. I have by far had my best dental experiences here. I've always been scared of the dentist, but the staff here has made it much more enjoyable. The doctor is super kind and knows what he's doing. Tam the hygienist is so nice and informative. She explained everything precisely. I would 100% recommend this office.

Dr. Paroo is great! I was nervous about a dental procedure due to a prior painful experience at a different dental office. Dr. Paroo and his staff are very friendly, especially Tam the dental hygienist, and understanding! I felt no pain and received a check up call from the Dentist himself! Excellent patient care! I'm very neurotic about my teeth and very nervous about visiting the dentist. We relocated to this area from out of state, and one of the things I was most worried about was finding a really good dentist. I'd been putting off a visit to replace a dental crown and get a cleaning for far too long due to Covid. It was time to get it done! I am extremely impressed by the entire dental team at Paroo Dental. Carolina, at the front office, was welcoming and friendly. She took my temp and oxygen levels. Tam, my hygienist, was thorough and gentle, and kept in mind my tooth sensitivity as she did her cleaning. Amanda, the doctor's assistant, was caring and in top form -- she listened to my needs and I felt heard. She's the one who made my temporary crown, and it's comfortable and fits well. Dr. Paroo was relaxed yet very attentive, putting me right at ease. Everything was explained to me as we went along so I was never left wondering what was going on. I never felt any pain or discomfort. Dr. Paroo's skill became obvious as he removed the old crown and prepared the tooth for a new one. Many people don't realize the amount of skill and talent involved in achieving excellent results with crown work, from shaping the tooth to digital scanning. Dr. Paroo took his time to make sure everything looked perfect. So if you are looking for a really good dentist, I'd say your search is finally over. Honestly, Dr. Paroo is really that good! :)

Best Dentist in Orlando! I first started going to Dr Paroo about 5 years ago when I started an Invasalign regimen. Best Dentist in Orlando! I first started going to Dr Paroo about 5 years ago when I started an Invasalign regimen. My wife went to Dr. Paroo for a filling and he did an excellent job. Some other dental office had totally diagnosed the wrong molar to be fixed. Dr Paroo fixed the right one and now she is pain free!

I love coming to the dentist now. Before i was always afraid of the dentist because they used to always make me feel bad about my teeth. Dr Paroo is upfront and honest and because of his approach, I now want to take care of my teeth! He won't do any work that isn't needed but will "watch" it until it needs some sort of action. Front desk staff is amazing as well! If you're in the Windermere/ Dr.Phillips area, definitely go to see him!

Dr. Paroo is an amazing Dentist I went to him today to get a tooth extracted, he was so gentle, & was able to get my stubborn tooth out, I was so nervous in the beginning but relaxed right away while he talked with me about how he was going to remove the tooth, & before I knew he had already removed it he was so gentle I would recommend him anytime
