Along with their front desk and administrative staff, hygienists and associate dentists, Drs. Silman are dedicated to providing not only caring treatment, but also education on the best way to maintain dental health. They were each recognized with the Top Dentists Award from the Consumers Research Council of America. They also received a Special Recognition from the U.S. Congress for their outstanding services to their community.
In addition to spending time with their children and other family, the Silmans enjoy supporting worthwhile projects that improve life in nearby communities. This support includes donations to local schools, team sports organizations and the Ronald McDonald House.
Dr. Diaz is a Native New Yorker raised on Staten Island. Because he is fluent in both Spanish and English, he expands the capability of Drs. Silmans Smile Spas to treat those whose only language is Spanish.
He completed his dental training at Virginia Commonwealth University School of Dentistry in Virginia and then moved to New Jersey for his General Practice Residency at Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital. During his residency, he gained valuable experience in oral surgery, endodontics and providing crowns and bridges. He also had the opportunity to learn how to meet the needs of medically compromised patients.
In both his undergraduate and professional work, Dr. Diaz has learned how much joy can come from serving those patients who, because of poverty or remote location, have no access to proper dental care. He has donated his time to both the Mission of Mercy Projects in Virginia and The Jamaica Project which organizes professional support for rural communities in Jamaica.

Dr. Michelle rocks! She is superb! I have been to quite a few dentists but none like Dr. Michelle. She is to the point, quick, polite, and very comforting and most of all it was completely painless! And she explains everything in great detail! I'm going to be a regular and not only that for the first time in life I feel like going to a dentist more often to get everything related to my teeth fixed! Thank you Smile Spa and Thank you Dr. Michelle! I totally recommend this place and this doctor!

Let's be honest, we usually write reviews for two reasons (1) we are extremely happy or (2) we are extremely unhappy!! I can happily to say that my experience was the former and not the latter. Now I cannot speak for anyone else, but if Dr. Diaz is representative of this practice, they can be considered optimal practitioners of dentistry in Middlesex and surrounding counties. Today, I had an absolutely PAINLESS root canal; totally debunking the anxiety generated by my family and friends telling me about the painful procedure. I look forward to all of the shade I will receive on the family group chat and will recommend that anyone with small and/or large oral health needs visit Dr. Diaz at The Smile Spa, he will not disappoint.

Jolieen was exceptional with helping me navigate scheduling my appointment. She was so nice and so friendly. She also, was very thorough on explaining how my appointment will go and what to expect. I feel more than ready and comfortable about coming into the office for my upcoming appointment.

Ive been coming here for a few years now and I'm never leaving. The staff is so so nice. Scheduling is always easy and they always work around mine and my husband's hectic schedule. They recently renovated the office and everything is always so clean and presentable. I 100% recommend this dentist office!

I honestly cannot say enough about the friendliness and ebullience of the staff, and the exceptional care and the level of comfort one feels when entering the doors. Since this was the first time I've ever had a root canal, I was dreading going to my appointment today thinking it was going to really hurt. Dr. Silman put me at ease and when she was done, I realized it didn't hurt at all. I have found my new dentist!

Awesome in every way. We are a bit newer to the office... & the 1st thing I noticed was the desk staff was really friendly and helpful, always trying to book an appointment around my busy work schedule. Also I've now seen 2 dentists there and they were both great. My 18 year old daughter was even able to go to her visit without me...she has a fear of needles and they were so patient & gentle with her...she felt comfortable to go on her own for her next visit. I also actually feel that the cleaing I got there this past week was maybe my best in years. Just a wonderful office .

I've been going to Dr. Silman into my second year. The staff is extremely friendly. Everyone is great there. I've only needed cleanings so haven't experienced other services. Also, I've never been a fan of cleanings but the dental hygienist is gentile and always checks to make sure I'm doing ok. It's painless. I would highly recommend if you're looking for a dentist to go here. Thank you again to the entire office for allowing me to finally find a dentist office I wanted to continue using.

Dr Silman, Nadine and the whole staff helped my children like the dentist. And they all brush now. They know how to speak to children and put them at ease. Let's me know ahead of time for appointments and works around my schedule. Plus never let's me forget to make myself an appointment which iam always thankful for. Three years going here. Wouldn't go anywhere else.

Had a toothache and made an appointment thinking it was a routine cavity and filling, turned out to need a root canal, Dr. Kim saw me immediately and took me through a completely painless procedure. From the moment I walked in, until I left, everyone was friendly, fun, and most importantly made me feel extremely focused on and comfortable. Best experience with a dentist my whole life!

Great thing about this place is that you walk in and see smily faces....doctors are super friendly and personally take care of their patients whereas other places, you only see a dental doc for a second.

I have been going to this wonderful dentist office for about 4 years. They are so wonderful, informative, polite, caring, sanitized, safe and fun! I feel like I have a true friendly relationship with them all! They care about all your your needs and are wonderful with children as well! Dr Alyssa Levinton is my dentist, she very thorough and sweet! Shes gentle and makes sure you aren't in any pain. Inna the dental assistant is absolutely wonderful as well and knows so much and is as good as Dr Alyssa!! They work wonderful together and very informative! They are very gentle and caring to your needs and make you feel very comfortable. Nadia the receptionist is very sweet, shes always on top of scheduling appointments, caring, friendly and very informative about the work needed done next and on top of insurance issues. Im so thankful I found such a wonderful dentist group! They have other dentist there but I have personal never had work done by them but I'm positive they are are as good as the ones I see! I will continue to go here forever! I absolutely love them all!
