Parkway Smiles is a family friendly dental practice in Northern Virginia, led by Dr. Su-En Thlick. Parkway Smiles offers state-of-the-art dental equipment in a painless and comfortable atmosphere. Dr. Thlick and her team of Dr. Lin and Dr. Patel have been serving the Woodbridge area the last 17 years. We have incorporated the Dexis Digital X-Ray system, which emits 80% less radiation than the conventional X-Ray equipment. Each room has a computer to assist our dentists to capture and share the X-Rays and images within seconds. Each room also contains an LCD TV to help you relax and be comfortable while you wait. Laughing gas is available for those who may need a little more help relaxing.

Dr. Pratik Patel, a native of Virginia, attended Bishop Ireton High School. He graduated from The George Washington University with a Bachelor of Science in Biology and a Bachelor of Arts in Computer Science. Dr. Patel received his Doctor of Dental Surgery (D.D.S.) from SUNY at Buffalo, School of Dental Medicine and completed his General Practice Residency at Lehigh Valley Hospital in Allentown, Pennsylvania. After working as a General Dentist, Dr. Patel decided to pursue further training and specialize in Endodontics. He received his Certificate in Endodontics from Columbia University in New York City.
Dr. Thlick had a mission and a vision to open her practice from humble beginnings to help serve Woodbridge and the surrounding communities. Her hopes of providing a family friendly environment with professional care and service were realized when she first opened Parkway Smiles.
Dr. Lins main interests are implant site development which includes advanced bone reconstruction and soft tissue plastic surgery. He obtained his diplomate status with the American Board of Periodontology soon after graduating Summa Cum Laude from the Boston University Goldman School of Dental Medicine. He received numerous awards including membership into the Omicron Kappa Opsilon Honor Dental Society. He further pursued training in Periodontology at the University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine for three years where he also obtained his Masters in Oral Biology. At graduation, he was the recipient of the Directors Award reserved for one resident a year based on clinical and academic excellence. He stayed on as a Fellow of Periodontology for a year where he learned advanced clinical research.
Helen has been in the dental administration field for over 20 years. She originally came from the world of banking, where she had met and become close to one of her clients who persuaded her to join his staff at his dental clinic. She is known for always being enthusiastic to help Parkway Smiles patients with the utmost care and compassion, both clinically and financially helping patients attain the maximum benefits from their insurance.
Dawn has been a practicing dental hygienist for over 15 years and has a passion for educating people and making them happy about their teeth. A midwest girl, she attended OCC and is now happily working in Virginia at Parkway Smiles Dentistry and enjoys the family and team environment at the clinic.
She enjoys exercising and staying healthy. She also loves the outdoors and exploring cute little towns around Woodbridge. Her philosophy is Live a Healthy and Prosperous Life and Take Your Time to Smile Everyday.
She was born and raised on Long Island, NY. She has enjoyed working at Parkway Smiles Dentistry for over a year. She loves getting to know her patients and providing education as it pertains to their total medical and oral health. Her philosophy is to provide excellent patient care and to treat each patient as an individual & with the utmost respect.
Annetta has been our treatment coordinator since 2018 with well over 20 years experience in the dental field. She is very passionate about educating patients about their dental needs and working with them throughout the phases of their treatment. Her favorite quote: Changing smiles changes lives.
Sean has been practicing dental hygiene for 14 years, he enjoys providing exceptional care in a calm and reassuring manner. He grew up around Buffalo, New York and attended Erie Community College. He is excited to join the team at Parkway Smiles. Sean has 2 children and loves to spend time with his family. He is often outdoors in his free time hiking, kayaking and camping. He is also a big football fan, his favorite team is the Buffalo Bills.

Very professional staff! They always let you know cost of procedures ahead of time. Dr. Thlick and the dental hygienists are always very knowledgeable and explain everything that they are doing.

My family will never go to another dentist! We recently visited this office after neglecting our teeth for a while because we just couldn't find anyone we could trust. Dr. Thlick is honest, and does her job with integrity. She thoroughly discusses procedure options, pros and cons to the options and is never pushy for services that seem unnecessary. The office staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming too!

Great dentistry & customer service. Front desk lasies are SO nice & have gone above and beyond for me. I've had root canal & crown procedures done here so far & have a great experienxe with zero complaints. The weird Flowerhorn fish in the lobby that creeps on you as you finish paperwork is a nice touch too!

Extremely happy. I don't think the dentist knew how happy I really was I had a chipped and uneven tooth, wanted to get it filed down, and she did explain to me that it's not a process everyone wants to do. But I am so happy with the result.

I had my teeth cleaned & procedures for Nightguard two days ago at Parkway Smiles. This is a great place to go take care of your teeth. The team was very professional examining and providing with solutions by priority. I felt that I was in good hands. All the people here were very gentle and kind to me. They explained very well what was going on my teeth. Thanks & continue doing a good job!

I just left my dentist a couple of hours ago. My husband and I both were seen today at Parkway Smiles. We were going back and forth about how great the experience was. Neither of us are fans of the dentist but doctor Su En Thlick and her team make you feel so comfortable and safe when they're working with you it's amazing! I've been a patient of doctor Su En Thlick for over 20 years and I have not once been disappointed in the care and support that they had given me. I don't usually do reviews but I had to say something today to those who may have a fear of the dentist. Special thanks to Medardo and Shawn for the procedures performed on my husband and I today. Nothing shy of Excellence!
