I look forward to meeting each of you as you continue to come into the office for your regular checkups and treatment. I plan to continue the excellent level of care and attentiveness that you have grown to know under the care of Dr. Rob.

As a means of introduction I would like to give you a brief biography of myself. I am originally from Fort Lauderdale, FL and attended the University of Florida for my undergraduate education. I am committed to providing stellar treatment for my patients and consistently strive to educate myself in the latest treatments to keep you as healthy as possible. During my time in the Navy, I completed an Advanced Education in General Dentistry Residency. I have also completed courses in Advanced Operative Dentistry, Advanced Oral Surgery, and significant Implant training including surgical placement and restoration.

Every single cavity I ever got a filling for from this dentist had fallen out not long after the procedure. I thought it was a normal thing until I began to visit a new dentist. They told me that your fillings are not supposed to fall out especially that fast. Fillings aren't cheap and at this dentist they're very short lived too. Maybe they do that on purpose to get more money out of you hmmm. There's been times where staff was rude and stab you in the gums. I go to a new dentist now and they are way more gentle and care for their customers more than profiting off of them. This dentist screwed me and my family over.

If I could leave zero stars I would. My family has been going here for years, but we have all moved to other dentists because of the horrible experiences we've had. My mom has been going there for 10 years, and she was the last to leave, but unfortunately the damage is permanent. One of her molars broke, so she went in last month at 2 PM to have it extracted. THREE hours later, the tooth is still not extracted, her face isn't numb at ALL, her gums are bleeding profusely, and she's in horrible pain. Halfway through, Dr. Gates said "I won't even have to workout today because I'm getting a workout right now". Finally, at 5 PM, Dr. Gates decided to refer my mother to a oral surgeon. The oral surgeon told my mother that the root was too damaged and it would be difficult to heal and get an implant put in properly. NOW, it will cost her 3 times more to fix the oral bone that was damaged so badly, so that an implant could be put in. These dentists do not care about any pain they put you in, physically, emotionally, or financially.

What a great experience at a dentist's office! I was kind of nervous about finding a good dental office, but everyone at Parkway was super kind, thorough and efficient. Their in-house dental savings plan also eased my concerns about locating good dental coverage. I'm glad I found this place!

Had my first appointment today and it was truly a five-star experience. Kelsey was my dental hygienist and was very kind, inclusive, and professional. I have had a lot of anxiety surrounding dental care but Kelsey made me feel comfortable and human. Also, almost no wait time, punctual, efficient, professional.

Dr. Lindsey Gates is hands down the most skilled clinician you can ask for. She made me feel comfortable throughout the appointment and explained all my treatment options so well. I've always been so anxious going to the dentist and she put me at ease. I recommend her for any of your dental needs!

I love the team at Parkway Restorative Dentistry. Donna, my hygienist, is nice, funny, and efficient. I've been seen and treated by both Dr. Krasne & Dr. Gates. Both are friendly, warm, and extremely knowledgeable. They care about you as a patient. In the last 2 weeks I had more extensive dental work completed and received excellent care and treatment.
