I was very nervous about getting a dental procedure done but Dr. Thomas Statz and his team was very helpful, kind, and attentive to my anxiety and needs. I went in very nervous and left happy. I highly recommend.

A periodontist is a specialist. An engine diagnostic technician doesn't fix flats. Dr. Peterson and his staff are highly educated and trained. I have found their service excellent and courteous.

Good concern and care for dental care Took me 2 years because they didn't take my original insurance so I changed groups covid hit and appointment kept getting moved back. Finally got there with new insurance and did my consultation to find out YET AGAIN THEY DIDNT TAKE MY NEW INSURANCE! $310 later I'm not very happy

I am one of those unfortunate individuals that have deep pockets between my teeth and gum so some of my visits requires some deep cleaning. Because of this my family dentist referred me to the Specialist at Parkway Periodontal Group. A week prior to my cleaning appointment with Parkway Periodontal Group I experienced the most excruciating toothache ever in my life. Even though I have a high tolerance for pain my toothache had me in tears, it was hard to sleep and eat with the constant throbbing pain. I was so excited and couldn't wait for my appointment, I thought the Specialist/Doctor would be able to help me with the pain. After explaining to the dental technician, the situation and pain I've endured for days she took an x-ray of the tooth then led me to a waiting room. A few minutes later the Specialist/Doctor came in, looked at the tooth then said, 'Looks like the gum is bruised, wait a few days. If you still have pain, contact your family Dentist and have them look at it'. It took him a few minutes to make that assessment then he left. There's no way he could have understood or comprehend how much pain I was in given his brief time with his assessment; I really don't think he cared to know either. I asked the dental technician; can you please ask the Doctor if I can have some pain killer to help with the pain? She said let me check with the Doctor, she left for a few mins then came back and said, 'the Doctor said just take Tylenol or Ibuprofen'. Prior to my cleaning the dental technician was kind enough to numb the tooth that was causing me pain before she did the cleaning. She know how much pain I was in and tried her best to help but the Doctor has the last word so there's not much she can do. A day after the cleaning, after the numbing medication wore off, and NO pain killer my toothache got worst, it went from painful to extremely painful. I'll never go to Parkway Periodontal Group again!

I went their for 2 things they never got done. I was billed after I paid them and that's all they said I owed. good thing I called before I sent them money. After my 2nd visit I asked about my tooth being pulled out the lady said they don't do that. They said my follow up would cost me 360 they call me yesterday and tell me something different and they could of pulled my tooth. no they need to get their stories right. Now I have to find someone else to do the work they didn't

My daughter missed her appointment and we were immediately disqualified. We tried to apologize but were severely scolded by the receptionist on the phone. One critical aspect of care is missing from PPG: It is called compassion. There is no need to insult your customers. There are options out there. Do not consider this one!

They want your money! Nothing more need said. If you question things with any sincerity you get accused of being "Angry" and in this day and age that's a potentially serious accusation, that frequently leads to interactions with LEO's?

Do not use Parkway Periodontal Group if you have multiple dental insurance coverage. Parkway Periodontal Group will bill your primary dental insurance, NOT write-off your savings, and turn around and BILL you for the savings you should have received. UPDATE EDIT...After multiple phone calls and multiple in-person visits, Parkway Periodontal Group finally agreed to honoring my write-off savings from my primary dental insurance.

Dr. Tom Statz was amazing. I HATE needles. And he did it in such a way that it was seriously painless. He said I could take some medicine but I didn't even need any. I was in no pain. He also called that evening to check on me. My spot that he removed came back soon after from pregnancy and he worked with me so well on payment. Highly recommend! Olga Beran

I am so impressed with Parkway Peridontal. Every employee I have had contact with is extremely pleasant and helpful. I am so thankful for them getting me in sooner than initially expected and following safety guidelines through the corona pandemic. Today Megan did my first round of cleanings she was so fun and it was honestly painless. Hats off to these guys. Thank you

Company does not warn its patients that they must wear masks or require temperature to be taken prior to arrival. Upon arrival, dental hygienist was extremely rude when told I received no notice. Was unwilling to listen as to the reasons why this was a concern. Her license should be revoked. Advise to avoid at all costs.
