It was good meeting Dr. O'Malley at my recent appointment. The doctor and Madison provided excellent care and I feel that their goal is my best dental health and preserving my natural teeth if at all possible. Having been a patient for many years at Parkway Family Dental, I have always appreciated each and every member of this excellent team, and how friendly and welcoming they are, and how every effort is taken to make it a positive experience.

I recently had my teeth cleaned and had a filling at Parkway Family Dental and had a wonderful experience both times! My hygienist, Renita, is incredibly sweet and caring! She took time to explain her procedures to me, ask me if I had any concerns, and walked me through her cleaning process as we went! I did have to make another appt after my cleaning to get a filling, but Dr. O'Malley did a wonderful job as well. Dr. O'Malley was very quick, but thorough, and made sure I was comfortable through the whole procedure. Her assistant David was so sweet, too! I've had a lot of dental anxiety in the past and the Parkway Family Dental crew make sure to keep you as comfortable as possible and has really eased my anxiety. I also love that they send text reminders for appointments, too! Thank you, Parkway Family Dental, for great experiences-- I'll be back for my next cleaning!

I lost part of my tooth and Parkway Family Dental did not have any openings, but the staff made sure and got me in! Dr James is awesome too! She made me fill at ease and was very knowledgeable about how she could repair the tooth. I just love a great family dentistry practice. Thank you everyone!

I have been so pleased with the care I receive from Parkway Dental through the years. Although I hated that Dr Gilmer had to retire, I am pleased so far with Dr. Eric and the assistants I've saw since his retirement.

It is very disappointing the extra work has to be scheduled to far out. When I first started at this practice I only had to wait two r three weeks to get extra work done not 3 months.

I had a filling done at Parkway this morning. I signed in and waited less than 10 minutes. David got me settled and took X-rays. He was nice and professional. Dr O'Malley did the fillings. She was very kind and explained each step of the procedure and made sure I was comfortable the whole time. I am happy with my visit

The young lady that took care of me today was very kind and very friendly and it was the most pleasant experience I have ever had at a dentist office. She done an awesome job of explaining what she was doing and answering all of my questions. She also gave me a shot for numbing and it was completely pain free I didn't even feel the shot for the numbing excellent job all the way around.
