Rich is the office manager for Parkway Dental. He joined the team in July of 2020. He has been in the dental practice management field since 2013. Rich's background is in retail management and he earned his B.S. in business management from Central Connecticut State University. He strives to provide excellent patient service and accommodate the needs of our clientele. Rich lives in North Haven with his wife and son. He is an avid sports fan who enjoys playing golf and being involved with his son's youth teams.
Kait and her husband, Brian-who is also a graduate of the UNH Dental Hygiene program-live in Milford with their infant son and their black lab, Logan. Outside of work, she enjoys hiking, baking, and road trips.
Dr. Katherine DeSilva attended the University of Virginia. There, she earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry. She continued on to New York University College of Dentistry, earning a Doctorate of Dental Surgery. She completed an Advanced Education in General Dentistry residency at Virginia Commonwealth University School of Dentistry.
Dentistry is an ever-changing profession, so commitment to continuing education is essential to providing the finest care for her patients. Dr. DeSilva completes a range of continuing education courses every year that encompass a variety of aspects of dentistry.
Dr. DeSilva feels that dentistry is a unique profession that allows her to partner with patients in multiple ways. Not only does it provide her the opportunity to improve oral health, but also to promote overall health, wellbeing, and self-confidence. Her goal is to provide optimal oral care, with an emphasis on meticulous maintenance.
Dr. DeSilva was born and raised in Northern Virginia, but has made the move to Connecticut with my husband. In her spare time, she and her have enjoyed exploring their new home. In addition, her hobbies include reading, baking, college basketball, and teaching herself calligraphy.
Dr. Patel is a member of the American Dental Association, Academy of General Dentistry, CT State Dental Association and the Stamford Dental Society. She is a certified provider for Clear Correct Teeth Straightening as well as 6 Month Smiles Adult Orthodontics. A Connecticut native, Dr. Patel has been practicing in the area for over 10 years. She has completed hundreds of hours of advanced cosmetic training and is dedicated to the newest advancements in dentistry.

Extremely friendly and compassionate staff both at the front desk, as well as everyone else. Dr. DeSilva is highly professional and provided excellent care. I came referred by a friend after a horrible experience at a well known dental franchise. Even as a new patient I was able to get an appointment within a week of calling. Parkway dental was a godsend for me. They don't want to make the most money out of their patients but actually care about the health first. I've been lied to at the other dental place that basically every tooth is bad and got presented a 9000$ bill, but at parkway dental Dr. DeSilva took her time to evaluate everything and I will get the right treatment at a reasonable pricing. I can not recommend this dental office Any higher. Thank you to the whole team for providing outstanding service.

Dr. Disilva was amazing. Actually the entire staff I met today was amazing. I went in today for a regular cleaning but found out I had gum disease. Ended up having to get a deep cleaning procedure that went extremely smooth and painless. Dr. Disilva and her assistant was very professional, friendly, and informative. I'm actually looking forward to my second cleaning next week. I highly recommend this office!!!

I have a real good experience with the dental practice. Everyone is welcoming. Dr. De Silva took time to explain good options for solving my issues, very knowledgeable . Kate the Hygienist is great, with hands so gentle which gave a really good experience.

Excellent patient experience from the time you are text about your reminder for an appointment and through check out. The hygienist Kate is extremely professional and thorough. Rich at the front desk is very pleasant and personable.

Went in with an infection. Dr. DeSilva was amazing and took care of me. I got an antibiotic prescription and am looking forward to my deep cleaning. I can definitely rely on Parkway Dental to handle all of my oral care needs.

Dr. DeSilva and the staff were fantastic. After a bad experience at Shoreline Dental in Milford, where they were pushing unnecessary dental work and products on me, it was great to go to a dental office where the focus was the client's health and not on how much profit you could milk out of them. The front desk was friendly and well organized. The staff and assistants were fun to talk to and even humorous. The office and equipment were top notch and super clean.
