As usual the Staff greeted me and all those that who come in for their appointments. My apologies for the Hygienist who does my cleaning on my teeth every time I go in. She's moving on to greener pastures. Wishing her and the best on her life ahead. God bless her and family. I will sorely miss her.

My family and I (Family of 6) have been Parkway Dental customers for years and have referred countless others to their services. Recently the customer service has not been so customer-focused. The new staff are not very welcoming in the front and checking out(insulting and robotic ). It seems to be a change in office staff, and in my recent last two experiences it's not a good. I love my son's Orthodontist team, which is the only reason we are still there. I felt the need to write this review because loyal customers are very hard to come by. If the staff can't provide basic human decency as in customer service, we will find another dentist's office that does--signed a customer that used to value the Parkway Dental brand.
