I have been to a handful of different dentists and Parkway is by my favorite. Dr. Karen Beck is amazing. I have severe anxiety when it comes to having dental work done and she makes the process so easy. She is gentle and explains everything along the way. I am so grateful to have found her years ago!

I think that Dr. Clauson is the best dentist I've ever had. I actually look forward to seeing him because I think he genuinely cares about my well-being and comfort. I'm not easy to deal with and he always takes the time required to get me relaxed and ready to go. Throughout the visits he is earnestly asking questions and checking in to make sure I'm doing OK. If you're like me (a pain in the you know what) and need to see a dentist who will make you feel like you are their most important client, see Dr. Clauson. Thanks Doc, I appreciate everything you've done for me!

I was given the wrong filling compound, originally promised that it was covered by my insurance. Turns out it was not and somehow I was responsible for the difference for something out of my control.

I have gone to Parkway Dental for a number of procedures and everytime I go they make it such a lovely experience. I have general anxiety and very high dental and medical anxiety. Dr. Clawson has been very kind to me in the past and worked with me to get my anxiety under control. They are incredibly patient and compassionate and are very receptive to my questions and concerns. My hygienist Tori was absolutely lovely and definitely helped me get my confidence back about getting my smile more healthy again! Thank you so much Parkway Dental!

This is an outstanding dental office! I had a large break in my dental care so I had some catching up to do and the staff here have been amazing! The doctors and hygienists are all so kind and I feel like they actually understand some people just don't love going to the dentist so they do everything they can to make the process as comfortable and pain free as possible. I would recommend them to anyone!

This is hands down the best dental office I have ever been to in my life. The staff is so kind and attentive, and Dr. Spencer might be one of the nicest people I have had the pleasure to work with! Thank you for making the experience of going to the dentist so pleasant. I could never imagine getting work done Anywhere else.

Dr Beck is wonderful. I am 67 years old and this is the first time in my entire life that i feel relaxed enough to not need nitrus!

I've gone to parkway dental since I can remember. The staff is always so kind and helpful. I really trust the doctors and feel comfortable during my visits. I tried somewhere else and it just wasn't the same. If you're looking for a new dental office this is it.

I have been a patient here for several years. Every June my dental insurance renews, I make an appointment, Dr Gray does his thing until the money is gone, and we say goodbye until next year. This has gone on for several years to the tune of around 10 thousand dollars. Today I called to make an appointment and was told that I had been sent to collection for $170. I've always paid my balance due, in full, before leaving his office so I was surprised by this. When I asked how, I was told it was a balance unpaid by my insurance from August of 2020. Do I question whether or not I owe the money? No, that's not my issue. My issue is sending a patient to collection over $170 while they are spending thousands of dollars a year in your office. To me, in the grand scheme of things, this should have been a note on my account that I needed to pay my balance before making an appointment, not sending me to collections.

I actually enjoyed a dental visit. First time at their office. Friendly, thorough, patient, prompt, and lots of communication berween the team and me: explaining procedures, answering questons, and providing accurate costs. Wow was I impressed!! Honestly it has been a while since my last dentist visit and this team not only made me feel super welcome but their whole process and way they treat the patient are just amazing! I was terrified to make an appointment because my last dentist always made me feel so guilty when I couldn't get in for regular cleanings, not the case here! They understood and took the time to explain everything in a kind and helpful way! So happy I found this gem! Mary and Sheri were amazing and friendly, and Dr. French was gentle and reassuring!

Not impressed with scheduling! I drove an hour to get to my appointment. Aa I pulled into the parking lot I received a text to reschedule my appointment. There was no emergency or some feeling ill. The office made mistake and didn't have me on the schedule. Get together people! I am seriously going to look for new dental care. This not acceptable!!! You could have at least called me when you opened this morning.

This office is amazing! It was my first time to the dentist in a long time and they made me feel comfortable and explained to me what needed to be done and were able to begin some of the dental work the same day, I worked with Dr. Spencer, Chelsea and Katie and they were amazing! I will definitely be returning to this office!
