Dr.jan Franklin and his staff are great people..I had pain in my mouth and they told me to come right in..I've been going to Dr.Franklin for years..I trust him as he does great work along with his assistant karen..very caring all of them..I highly recommend him to those who are afraid of the dentist..he has compassion and makes sure u feel no discomfort while he's working on you..

Dr. Heiberger is a great dentist. I had a cleaning today and my hygienist was gentle, caring and thorough. It is a pleasant and warm & friendly welcoming every time I need to visit.

Going to the dentist can be a bit frightening for some people, but all the people who work here are so kind and understanding. Dr. Heiberger is very compassionate and calming. I have been going to him for at least thirty-four years, and am very grateful for his kindness and his gentle care.

Smooth and easy, efficient front desk. Proficient Hygienist with great personality. Made me feel very comfortable. Dr Heiberger took the time to get to know my history and made good recommendations. He had the opportunity to take advantage of me but instead explained the situation and allowed me to make the decision not high pressure.

From the minute I walked in there I knew I was in the right office, the two ladies at the front desk ( sorry I don't remember their names) were so nice and especially funny which made me relax because I hate the dentist from a childhood experience. I had to get a tooth pulled by Doctor Franklin who assured me everything would be fine which it was. He is not only a great dentist he is even a nicer person and his assistant was excellent also and kept me relaxed. I honestly can't recommend this office enough. To Doctor Franklin and your staff I thank you so much for taking great care of me. You all are the best!!!! 100 stars for sure!!!

They are the most kind and compassionate people I ever met in all my adult life. They made me feel like I was a person not a number explained everything to me if I have any questions they should be free to call very very helpful and caring people I don't think I'll go anywhere else from now on

Dr. Franklin and his assistant Karen could not have been more helpful and personable. It was an emergency first time visit and the office was closed. Dr. Franklin took the time since he happened to be there to see my husband. Can't say enough good things about them! Would definitely recommend going to this office!

Dr Heiberger and team very professional, friendly and patient centric. Attention to perfection, explained the problem, procedure & process. Received a follow up phone call that evening from Dr Heiberger checking in to make sure everything was okay.
