Really liked this place up until today. Missed an appointment due to writing it on the wrong calendar date - looking back in my email never received any reminder email or text since back in April when I confirmed the appointment (it's now October). Need a practice that sends out reminder emails, texts, calls etc. to busy moms and can get a patient in to see them before four-five months out. Didn't appreciate the office managers Amy's attitude and the charging of a late fee threat AFTER calling back later on to cancel all future appointments due to the scheduling issues and not being happy with not getting a reminder about today. A bit unprofessional all around and not a good way to keep patients. Very disappointed. Any other health practice sends out reminder texts + emails in 2022.

Beautiful office and a wonderful staff. Felt very welcomed from the moment I came through the door. Very pleased with my cleaning with the hygienist. Dentist was very nice too!

I am so glad that I found Parkwood Family Dentistry! The dentist, Dr. Petra Enzien, is highly skilled and makes you feel very comfortable. Her staff is also great- all of them are friendly and efficient. The office is beautiful, immaculate, and has a peaceful feeling to it. I am happy to leave a 5 star review for a dental practice that will be my forever dental office.

I can't say enough good things about Dr Enzien and her staff!! I have been coming here for years . I recently needed to bring my elderly mom in for an emergency and she was treated like royalty. Amy went above and beyond to help me get her safely into the dental chair and back into the car upon our departure, Thank you so much for all the extra special care given to her by the entire staff and for Dr. Enzien's expertise, professionalism, and gentle dental care. I wouldn't go anywhere else and would highly recommend this dental practice for all your oral health care needs!

The entire staff is very friendly and helpful. I had some long standing dental issues due to illness and they fixed my issues, in a professional, calming and quick way. Dr Petra Enzien is wonderful. Highly recommend!

3 months ago had a crown put in. 1 month later it fell out, had it put back in, 2 weeks later it fell out again. Wasted a whole bunch of money with this dentist only to have to go to another dentist to have the job done correctly. I do not recommend this dentist. At least for crowns anyways.

The staff and Dr Enzien are wonderful!!! They go out of their way to take care of me! They have even come in in their time off for me! I cannot say enough good things about all of them!!!!

Dr. Enzien was, as always, impeccable in her professionalism and, as always, personally kind and compassionate. Visiting during this challenging time, it was very clear that the health and safety of patients and staff are of the utmost importance to her. Can't praise her enough.
