I grew up on a small farm near Plymouth Indiana, and completed my undergraduate studies at Manchester College. I completed my doctorate in dentistry at the Indiana University School of Dentistry. I have been practicing dentistry in New Castle since 2000.

My motto is, When you love what you do, Monday feels the same as Saturday. I truly love being a dentist, and look forward to going to work each day. Helping others has always been my passion! I enjoy the combination of artistry and science that dentistry affords me. The ability to transform a smile, alleviate discomfort, and help my patients maintain optimum oral and overall health is a wonderful feeling. In fact, I cant imagine doing anything else.

Growing up in Columbus, Indiana, I always knew Id pursue a career in the medical field. After receiving my bachelors degree in biology from Purdue University, I attended the Indiana University School of Dentistry. I graduated in 2008. I worked in corporate dentistry for a year, however, my love of people (and small town living) drew me to private practice in New Castle. I joined Parkview Family Dentistry and its sister site, Hagerstown Family Dentistry in 2009, and feel fortunate to work with a team of professionals who possess the same level of compassion, high standards, and commitment to providing superior, state-of-the-art dental care.

Aside from my work, my greatest joy is spending time with my husband, a veterinarian who grew up in New Castle. We enjoy hiking, walking, biking, and snow skiing. Were also avid football fans, Go Colts!!

Insurance Coordinator Kathy started working in the dentistry field in 1988 as a dental assistant. She has worked at Parkview Family Dentistry since 2002 in our front office. Kathys favorite part of her job is the bond she shares with her co-workers.

Office Administrator Megan began her career in dentistry as a dental assistant in 2012, and she made the switch to office administration in 2014. She has been with Parkview Family Dentistry since 2016. Megan believes that smiles are contagious and have a positive impact on everyone around. She loves to watch smiles transform, and enjoys seeing patients gain confidence along with improved oral health.

Schedule CoordinatorAbby started her dental career as a dental assistant in 2010, and she transitioned to the front office in 2016. She has been a part of the Parkview team since 2019. Abbys favorite part of her job is the relationships she has built with our staff and patients.

Expanded Functions Dental Assistant Cierra earned her dental assisting certification in 2019, and she joined the Parkview Family Dentistry team in 2021. Cierra chose dentistry as a career because she loves using her creative ability to help treat patients and discover their smiles.

Cierra was born in Las Vegas, NV, but she was raised in New Castle. She currently lives in Spiceland with boyfriend and their 2 fur babies, Dozer and Gemma. She loves spending time with her family and kayaking. Outside of work, Cierra stays busy with her at home/online crafting business.

Dental Hygienist Cyndi earned her Dental Hygiene degree from IU School of Dentistry in 2000, and has been a part of the Parkview Family Dentistry team ever since. Cyndis favorite part of her job is talking to and educating patients.

Dental HygienistKendra graduated from Ivy Tech in 2014 with her Dental Hygiene degree, and she joined Parkview Family Dentistry in 2015. Kendras favorite part of her job is the relationships she builds with her patients.

Dental HygienistTeresa began her career in the dental field in 1985 as a dental assistant. In 1989, she graduated from IU School of Dentistry with her Dental Hygiene degree. Teresa joined Parkview Family Dentistry in 2017, and she currently splits her time between our New Castle and Hagerstown locations. Teresas favorite part of her job is educating her patients on the importance of their oral health.

Teresa lives in New castle with her mini australian shepherd, Lola. She has 2 daughters and 4 grandchildren. Outside of working, Teresa enjoys golfing, reading and spending time with family and friends.

Dental HygienistBrittney started working in the field of dentistry in 2014 as a dental assistant. In 2017, she graduated from Ivy Tech with a degree in Dental Hygiene, and she joined Parkview Family Dentistry in 2019. Brittneys favorite part of her job is building relationships with her patients.
