I called to make an appointment and the front desk clerk was pretty nasty. Her first question was how did I hear about this doctor. I was told that this was a question used to discriminate. I requested an appointment for my husband and myself and was told that i couldnt because if I canceled they would lose two appointment spots. I am a first time patient, why was there an assumption that I would cancel? My husband is an essential worker. He didn't have time and just wanted to get a cleaning before the end of the year and I needed one too. Very disgusting! You didn't want US there and you accomplished that, very good!

dr llan was very very aggressive with my teeth!! he made me feel extremely uncomfortable and obviously has poor people skills. i don't understand how a dentist can act like this! i feel awful for his other employees as they were so nice to me and greeted me kindly, while he walks around so entitled and gives patients attitude..

If I could give negative stars, I would. I'll begin with disclosing I am a clinician myself (mental health) and have years of experience working in office settings with a variety of different roles. From the beginning of my visit, I felt uncomfortable. I had x-rays taken of my tooth and told by the dentist "oh that tooth is done, needs to come out". Also after a quick peak in my mouth, he recommended me getting a crown for a front tooth that had the smallest chip in the front (I'm thinking to myself, shave down this entire tooth and pay for a crown when it's barely noticeable, hm...) another red flag. The final straw was when I was told to speak to the office manager about my insurance. She comes in the room and explains how the majority of insurance companies won't pay for my tooth to be extracted/placed with an implant, so I should prepare for full payment. Nervously, I agree and pay $800 ($250 for deposit to get implant and $550 for temporary flipper tooth. So i make an appointment for the extraction and implant, but have a change of heart over the weekend after speaking to my family dentist who recommends a second opinion. I'm told by the office manager to call Sunday (my last visit being Thursday) the latest or the $250 deposit I paid won't be refunded. I speak to her Sunday and cancel and see my family doctor that Monday. After his evaluation, he claims the tooth does not need extraction and his recommendation is to simply make another crown. While I wait for the new crown, my family dentist recommends having this dental office altering my flipper tooth so it can fit over my remaining tooth as a way to be presentable in the meantime. This office was not only refusing to assist, but saying they would not assist mostly due to the fact that they only had the prosthetic tooth made under the assumption I was getting my implant there/having the tooth extracted! Are you kidding me? This office does NOT care about their patients and only seem to respond to MONEY. It's absolutely wrong and something as a clinician I find unethical! I completely understand trying to recover after this pandemic and recover financially, but you cannot do it at the cost of your patients. You cannot see patients as a dollar sign and hope to have a successful practice. I have colleagues that do this and it's horrible. My family dentist spoke to them and they still refused, so once I received the prosthetic tooth (they did not even speak to me or give me instructions upon picking up, just gave to me and that was it) I brought it to my family dentist and he altered it to fit over my remaining tooth in 10 minutes and did not charge me! Do NOT put yourself through the potential risk of being seen at this practice. Save your money and go somewhere where the staff care and don't only see you as payment. Updated Review - As a response to you since it won't allow me to do so...the dentist 100% recommended me get a crown on my tooth that had a microscopic chip on it and was not "half cracked " or however you put it. As for the second opinions, yes I went to 2 other offices aside from you and my family doctor (the first prior to seeing you, which recommended extraction and a second after you that recommended no extraction and a crown. My family dentist was the one I decided to go with not just because it would save money, but because of comfort in their approach. As I mentioned, I didn't feel comfortable at your office and the feeling of being financially-motivated came mostly from the decision by the office not to even try my insurance where any other dental office would at least try not push a patient to use credit. Anyhow, hopefully you pay attention to this and other reviews that point to obvious issues with the practice that needs change. Best.

I find this practice to be inhumane and abusive towards its patients. I do not wish to come here again.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE... The doctor seemed like he didnt have the time of day for me and it was pretty obvious he couldnt have cared less by his entire demenor and bedside mannor.. I went in for extreme pain and left in extreme pain with nothing but a referal for an oral surgeon whom they informed me couldnt see me for a little over 2 months when i said what was i supposed to do that i needed help for this tooth that had sent me to the hospital and was causing me to not be able to eat the receptionst said i could go out of network if i wanted to get in earlier. I wasnt there for a full work up i was there to get rid of one tooth causing me pain i would not reccomend this place if you need any real dental work other than a cleaning

Dr Ilan is the best dentist I ever had. Indeed, he did a fantastic job with my four beautiful crowns that everyone is asking me which dentist made such nice crowns. Honestly, I wanted them to do more crowns, but they didn't believe it was feasible, when another dentist was ready to charge me $1500 a tooth. Clearly, this is the last dentist on this planet that's only available for money. They are all bright people in that office and know very well what they are doing. I would highly recommend Dr Ilan to anyone who wants a great "FRIENDLY" experience. Every patient I saw in that office walked in and out with a big smile. They are very friendly and you wont be disappointed.

If I can give zero stars I really really would. Not only is dr illan like the worst with his bedside manners the receptionist there is just as bad whenever i call she gets annoyed. I've been trying to get my X-rays from them and they keep sending it where it expires in 7 days. She claims she sent it that it doesn't expire but oh trust me i have tried and the oral surgeons office tried. And im the annoying one for trying to get X-rays that keep expiring to avoid going through unnecessary radiation. I'm sitting at an oral surgeons office typing this and Now I have to go through radiation again. I'm not one to ever write reviews or speak negative regardless of my experience but i am fed up. if you are reading this I suggest you find a different dentist. There's a very small chance you will have a good experience there or even get to keep your X-rays. Good luck if you do!
