A Michigan native, Dr. Phillip Garrett has lived in Arizona for 2 years. He completed his undergraduate at Texas A&M, Corpus Christi. Graduating with high honors, Dr. Garrett received his Doctor of Dental Surgery along with his post graduate periodontal training at the University of Texas, San Antonio.
Dr. Garrett specializes in dental implantology ranging from single implants to the All on 4. Dr. Garrett also practices the full scope of his profession from diagnosis and treatment of gum disease using state of the art procedures like the LANAP (Laser-assisted New Attachment Procedure), periodontal surgery involving root coverage, surgical extractions with bone grafting, guided bone regeneration and augmentation, crown lengthening, osseous surgery, gingivectomy or gingivoplasty, alveoloplasty, implant removal, biopsy and sinus augmentation as well as scaling and root planning.
A Diplomate of the American Board of Periodontology; Dr. Garrett has published research in peer-review science journals on Dental Implants, Nanotechnology, Implant surface topography, digital technology and has been a presenter at science conferences. He is also a member of the American Dental Association, Arizona Dental Association and the American Academy of Periodontology.
In his free time Dr. Garrett enjoys spending time with his wife and four children, coaching kids sports, reading some of his favorite books Lone Survivor, The Boys in the Boat and watching the Michigan Wolverines during football season. Go Blue!
Dr. Laskis is originally from Ontario, Canada and studied neuroscience at Dalhousie University in Halifax, Nova Scotia, Canada. Being passionate about dentistry, however, meant getting the best education possible. That meant NYUs world renowned College of Dentistry.Dr. Laskis graduated from New York University College of Dentistry in 2006. At NYU, she also studied at the Larry Rosenthal Institute for Aesthetic Dentistry. It is the nations first comprehensive program in an academic dental center to train dentists in the growing field of aesthetic dentistry.
While attending NYU, Dr. Laskis treated many patients while working the universitys dental clinic, including many patients with complex medical histories. She received the Dr. Bernard E. Rudner Memorial Award for providing superior performance in comprehensive oral care.
Dr. Laskis founded her own private practice, Parkview Dental of Westfield, in 2011. Although her practice grew rapidly, her parents, brother and sister all live in the Fountain Hills area, so with her second child on the way, it made sense to move here in 2013.

I was drawn to dentistry because it allows me to help people and get them out of pain. Married since 2007, Dr. Laskis has two young children. Her son Laz loves to hike, explore and play minecraft. Her young daughter Audrey enjoys swimming, singing the songs from the movie Moana and making people laugh. In addition to staying busy with her kids, Dr. Laskis also enjoys rooting for her hockey team the Toronto Maple Leafs and the Arizona Cardinals.
Dr. Rozenfeld has a decade of private practice experience in midtown Manhattan and Scottsdale. She received her bachelors of science in bioengineering at Binghamton University and then completed her training at New York University College of Dentistry. She further honed her skills in dentistry by completing a general practice residency at the Veterans Affairs Healthcare System in New Jersey. Dr. Rozenfeld is proficient in all aspects of general and cosmetic dentistry and enhances her clinical training by taking continuing education courses and keeping current on the advances in the industry. Dr. Rozenfeld is committed to providing her patients with an exceptional dental experience.
We provide comprehensive treatment planning and use restorative and cosmetic dentistry to help you realize optimal dental health. Dr. Rozenfeld and our staff believe that preventative care and patient education are keys to optimal dental health. Dr. Rozenfeld focuses on complete examinations, checking your overall health, and not just your teeth. Dr. Rozenfeld also performs oral cancer exams, and takes x-rays when indicated. Regular cleanings, along with brushing and flossing are very important in preventing dental disease. Dr. Rozenfeld reviews your medical history, and stays informed about your overall health, reviewing any new medications with you and any illnesses that may impact your dental health and our treatment for you. Dr. Rozenfeld also takes infection control very seriously. We use a steam heat autoclave to sterilize our instruments for each patient. We carefully protect our patients and ourselves and maintain sterilization and cross contamination prevention measures using standards recommended by the American Dental Association (ADA), the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA), and the Center for Disease Control (CDC).

I've been going to Parkview for a few years now. I moved out of Fountain Hills a couple years ago and still make the 40 minute drive to them because they are just that good! The office is bright, clean and the view from their windows are unbeatable. Everyone I have dealt with has been so kind and caring, especially Kirsten who usually does my cleanings. Dr. Rozenfeld has filled a couple cavities and did a great job. Didn't feel a thing! They actually care about your health concerns and remember personal stories you tell them. I'll keep going to them as long as I can!

My first time here and my experience was great considering it is the dentist. I arrived a few minutes before my appointment and I was in the chair within two minutes. Sadly they said that I needed a root canal.. scary right. Dr. Rosenfeld did her magic. If it wasn't for the bright light I probably would have gone to sleep. It's an all female staff and everyone that I dealt with was genuinely nice and caring. This is the way going to the dentist is supposed to be. They are two minutes away from me on Parkview and Saguaro. Hense the name Parkview Dentistry. Great people and that's the tooth.

Wonderful experience! They were so kind as to get me in the day I called. I broke a tooth while I was away from my home and my regular dentist. Dr. Laskis was kind enough to patch my tooth temporarily. Until I can make a decision about a crown; do it here or back home. She has a wonderful chairside manner as did her assistant. Thank you! I will definitely be back once I'm settled.

I have been with Dr. Laskis ever since she took over Dr. Willard's practice. Before I found Parkview Dentistry, it seemed like every time I went in for a checkup, I ended up walking out with a new crown. Dr. Laskis cares about her patients, doesn't do unnecessary work, and offers a very affordable dental program. I would highly recommend Parkview Dentistry to anyone in need of dental work. David B

Our first experience was what we were looking for. Options were given with no pressure. The cleaning was done very well and she took her time. The office was very clean and the staff was friendly. Since moving here, it took a few tries to find a dentist that fits us, and I'm happy to say that we finally found our place.

Was a bit apprehensive going to a new dentist after being a East Coast Periodontal patient for 20+ years. I was elated! Huh? Surely an unusual feeling at a dental office! I had four front teeth that had been deterioting due to excessive grinding. Dr Laskis is the true professional. She prepared the damaged teeth effortlessly without any problems. Her team is outstanding. I would be remiss if I didn't mention the young tech that worked on the temporary four teeth . Her name is Julie. What an asset to this remarkable group of young women

Everyone in the office is friendly, professional, cordial and efficient. They adhere to strict COVID 19 prevention policies. My hygienist today, Kirsten introduced herself, explained everything she was about to do, worked professionally and was great to visit with (not that one can visit much at a dental cleaning appointment). My experience was very good.

Recently moved to town and so happy to have found the doctors and staff of Parkview Dentistry! I don't think I've ever felt so happy to go to the dentist. I've had two recent visits - a cleaning/exam and a chipped tooth repair. Beth has been amazing and patient with my questions regarding insurance and appointments and the safety of the office during Covid-19. I felt completely comfortable going to their office with all the precautions they are taking. Dr Neary and his team are highly professional and warm and caring and helped me feel at ease both times I saw them, explaining every step of the procedure. Through it all I had a lovely view of the fountain and mountains. Kirsten was my wonderful hygienist who was so fun to talk to, I'm looking forward to seeing her again. Great people, great place!

My first appointment involved cleaning, xrays and a Dental exam. The dental assistant (Kristen) was helpful explaining her cleaning steps. Dr Stacey Laskey is personable and finished her exam with discussing next steps for my dental care. I would recommend this dental practice to anyone requesting a referral in the community.

I recently relocated back to Fountain Hills and needed a dentist. My experience with Parkview has been great. The entire staff is friendly and helpful. The dentist and hygienist really promote preventive care and they have an excellent financial arrangement for those who do not have insurance. My hygienist did a really excellent job cleaning my teeth.
