Extremely friendly staff. Very thorough cleaning. This was my favorite dentist, such a wonderful office. However, I shall never go back. It has gone away from patient focused to money focused based on changes in staff. Money is the first topic of conversation with this office now. The dental staff are great but the office staff are rude, pushy, and downright unfriendly.

Parkside is the best dental practice that I've ever been to! They genuinely care about their patients and will do any and everything to make your stay wonderful. Dr. G is my doctor, and he is the kindest person ever. His smile and jokes are contagious, and he makes sure that you are comfortable at all times. Love Parkside, best practice ever!

We love Dr. Graboviy. Always feel as if he truly does his best for you in your individual situation. He is knowledgeable and experienced and takes into account his patients concerns and needs. Really listens and cares which is harder to find these days and because of this we, my 17 yr old and I readily will go to the dentist! His staff is courteous and welcoming and seem to be aware of their patients in the waiting room and the time waiting seems to matter as appts are mostly punctual and on time. We do enjoy going there seeing the "smiling" eyes and being treated professionally and courteously by everyone at Parkside Family Dental.

I work at GE Appliances and my insurance is only accepted at so many places, so I chose this place. Great choice. Ever since I walked through the door, they've been helpful at utilizing my insurance to cut down costs, and the entire staff is super friendly. I'd highly recommend this place. They're really on point, both with the paper-work and the denistry.

I have been bringing my kids to this office for over a year. We loved it when we first started, mostly because Sally and Annie were absolutely amazing, but the last few times we have been in something has been different. All the staff seem very stressed, there is some guy running around with his laptop open asking the girls up front to do a million things on top of their "actual jobs." I have no idea who he is, but come on. There was a older male doctor that we have never seen before and he was belittling the assistants, I could hear him telling them to basically get it together and raising his voice to them. I also saw him throw a few papers at one of the girls at the front desk telling her he couldn't look at that right now. It was so rude and very uncalled for. The girls up front are usually so happy, but they seemed very defeated when we were there. They are always nice, very pleasant, but defeated. I wonder why?!? My kids even noticed and asked why everyone was so sad. You have to know it's bad if kids noticed. I think we may have to start looking for another practice, especially since I found out that the male doctor owns the practice! I hope something changes for the sake of the employees at Parkside or they may need to start looking for new jobs.

One of the best dental experiences I've ever had. Pain free and comfortable. The only thing that made me uncomfortable was the receptionist yelling out how much money I owed for the day as she asked me my name walking in the door. Yelling out a number like that was definitely a little embarrassing.Will still be back and would recommend to others.

I have been a patient of Dr. Graboviy's for the last 17 years, following him through several relocations as the practice grew, and can say that I have consistently had the best dental care available anywhere. The clinic is pleasant and spacious, the staff are wonderful and kind, and do a fantastic cleaning. They value your time as much as theirs, so there is no absurd waiting. Dr. G is not only a remarkably talented dentist, always on the cutting edge of technologies and methods, he is also a cheerful and reassuring presence in the face of any issues I have presented to him, from placing implants to remaking bridges and keeping a watchful eye on my oral health in general. My dental journey has not been an easy one--but he makes it far easier than it would be. Plus, he laughs a lot and truly cares about his patients' lives beyond the dental chair.

I'm a very happy patient here. I've had 5 visits here now and this office has provided the best dental experiences I've had. They are very organized and efficient with scheduling, sending appt reminders, and providing upfront estimates. Dr Mimi and her team are amazing, she is thorough and goes above & beyond to make sure you are comfortable and pain free. Trust no one else with your dental care.

They are more money focused than service, always ask you come back shortly, always say your teeth are good even you complain has some problem, then keep asking you coming back in 3 months instead of 6 months, because they feel you need more treatments. I have been with them for 5 years, it was good, but not now, I went to my regular cleaning yesterday, they charged me 70 dollars. When I checked with them, they said the reason is I changed the insurance company. I went to office checked with my coworkers this morning, they told me it should be free for twice a year. I called back, then they told me that is because I received a higher level maintenance (which I didn't really see the difference, just cleaning like I did every time). Never asked me or mentioned me before I did, told me I had to pay because I changed the insurance. Just feel they want more money now. Cancel the next appointment, will never recommend to go there.

Highly would recommend Parkside Family Dental! My dental hygienist, Annie, was so kind and gentle during my first visit. Dr. Mimi was also kind and I felt like I had a great exam. They took the time to listen to my concerns and it was a safe, clean environment.

I always feel well taken care of when I come here. The receptionists, dental hygienists, and the Doctors themselves are so welcoming to me and it's very pleasant everytime!
