Dr. Bardsley grew up and has spent most of his life in the Bay Area. He went to high school in San Francisco and on the Peninsula. He received a B.A. degree in biology at the University of California at Santa Barbara, graduating in 1995.
Following graduation, Dr. Bardsley returned to the Bay Area to attend dental school at the University of the Pacific, Arthur A. Dugoni School of Dentistry. After receiving his DDS, Dr. Bardsley completed the Advanced Education in General Dentistry residency program at UOP.
He then practiced general dentistry in San Mateo for 13 years. During these years, Dr. Bardsley developed a passion for endodontics and really, for relieving patients pain and helping to save their teeth. This led to the decision to further continue his education.
Dr. Bardsley attended the graduate endodontic program at the University of Southern California. Upon graduation, he became a board-eligible endodontist. He is currently in the process of becoming a board-certified diplomate of the American Board of Endodontics, which is a multiyear process.
Dr. Bardsley is a member of the American Association of Endodontists, California State Association of Endodontists, Northern California Academy of Endodontics, American Dental Association, California Dental Association, and the San Francisco Dental Society.
Dr. Litton received her Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from the University of the Philippines. She received her Certificate of Endodontics and Master of Science degree from Boston University. She has practiced dentistry for over 25 years.
Originally from Colorado, Dr. Hanley attended college at Santa Clara University and thendental school training at the University of the Pacific Arthur A. Dugoni School of Dentistryhere in San Francisco. After dental school, he completed a General Practice Residency atNaval Medical Center San Diego for advanced training. He then served for two years as thedental officer onboard the USS DUBUQUE (LPD 8), treating the general dental needs of 1,100Sailors and Marines during two overseas deployments.
Dr. Hanley has also taught at the University of the Pacific dental school as a clinical instructor,contributed to research efforts at the Pacific Endodontics Research Lab, and he hasvolunteered his dental services at the Rotacare Bay Area San Leandro clinic.
Dr. Hanley completed his Certificate in Endodontics and Masters of Science in Dentistry fromthe University of Washington. Following endodontic training, he was in private practice indowntown Seattle prior to moving back to the Bay Area.
Dr. Hanley strives for the highest standards of endodontic care with compassion, warmth,and a personal touch for all persons in need. Besides dentistry, he enjoys traveling andspending time with his wife and their daughters, Isla and Reese.

After a freak accident resulting in the need for some major dental work including 2 root canals, I was was recommended to Parkside Endodontics. Their entire staff was extremely helpful in explaining the process and procedures needed. Parkside Endodontics truly made the most of a difficult situation and made me feel cared for throughout the process. Cannot recommend highly enough!

Parkside Endodontics is my go to dentist when I need a root canal (so far 1 and no more... fingers crossed). Dr. Jennifer Litton is the best, she is efficient, funny and incredibly competent. She works Wednesdays and Saturdays which quite accommodating if you cannot make it during the week. Parking is easy to find, I parked across the street. Tina, the front desk lady, will help you with insurance and will be very transparent with your estimate. As far as I am aware, they take Cigna and Delta. Will keep coming here.

Highly Recommend! What a nice team and extremely talented root canal surgeon! This is the 2nd root canal with Dr Bardsley and he is the absolute best! The first procedure was over 5 years ago and I remember how 'easy' the whole process was and how nice everyone was; Then A few months ago I cracked off a deep filling from one of my back teeth from eating popcorn kernals and could not eat anything at all on my left side due to instant intense nerve pain; My dentist couldn't figure out 100% and suggested going to the Endo. Dr Bardley patiently listened to my issue and then completed tests, explaining every step of the way. He determined my tooth was cracked and that a root canal would be the safest option. When the day came, I was greeted with kindness from Tina (front desk) and Jenny who took xrays and prepped me. The whole root canal process was virtually painless - even the shots to numb the mouth were painless - just one quick pinch and the rest was nothing (and I'm a baby!). Tina is consistently very sweet and patient helping over the phone as I switched my appointments and Jenny was an absolute joy while she assisted the Dr and kept my spirits up. Thank you guys! Not that I hope for more dental work - but it's something to look forward to if it means a visit to your office. warm regards. :D

Referral to Parkside from regular DDS. Need a root canal. Gotta do it. Dental issues never get better. Staff isolated the issue at the consult and got me in asap. The easiest root canal ever. Hope i don't need their services again, but if I do I will not hesitate to go back. Great team.
