For over two full decades now, Dr. Parks has worked very hard to discover all the different ways to help people smile brighter both through quality dental work and fun conversations in the treatment chair! In his undergraduate years, Dr. Parks studied psychology and biology, both of which led him down the path to dental school and a lifelong career. He also knew that he wanted to his own boss one day and own a business! In the end, this field turned out to be the perfect fit for his goals and talents.
Dr. Parks completed his dental doctorate at the University of Nebraska Medical Center. In the years since, he has amassed hundreds of hours in continuing education to further expand his clinical skillsets, focusing on specialty topics like dental implant restoration. He is also a current member of the Academy of General Dentistry and the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry.
Dr. Parks is proud to have four beautiful children (Krista, Emily, Sidney, and Nick), three wonderful grandchildren (Sylvia, Harper, and Harry), and two mini-Labradoodles (Teddy and Penny). When he isnt busy at work, one of his biggest passions is competing in Vintage Motocross with his 1979 Honda CR125R. He is currently rebuilding several bikes that are all vintage Hondas. He is also passionate about playing the guitar!
Jillian has been a member of our dental team for over five years now. Originally from Seward, she studied at the UNMC College of Dentistry. Today, she really enjoys being able to help people improve their oral health and their confidence!
At home, Jillian has a husband named Tyler, a mischievous cat named Loki, and a sweet Pitbull named Cosmo. She spends her free time going to the dog park, attending concerts, fishing, and playing all sorts of games.
Jazzmin is close with her parents and younger brother, who also all live in Lincoln. As for hobbies, she spends her free time reading, going to the gym, playing games on the computer with friends, and snuggling with her four cats.

I had recently moved to Lincoln and had a filling fall out. I looked up dentist that would be close by and found Parks. They got me in the same day and repaired the tooth. The personal were all quite friendly as was the doctor. I would recommend them.

Just got a filling at #ParksFamilyDental and I cannot recommend these people enough! Fantastic care and speed all the way through, and their professionalism put me at ease through both procedure and payment, both of which were much less painful than I expected -as in not painful at all!

Set up an appointment for 11:00 one day as a new patient. I showed up 5 minutes before my appointment time. There was a sign that said (due to COVID) I should wait in my car and call, and that they would let me know when I can come in. I called, but no one answered. I should note that there was NO ONE else in the parking lot. I called four more times and left a message. I waited until after 11:00, and then decided just to leave.

Dr. Parks is amazing. Over the last month I had seen 4 different doctors (my physician, an ENT, a dentist, and an endodontist) about some symptoms that I had been experiencing. None of them succeeded in diagnosing the root cause correctly. Within two sentences, Dr Parks knew exactly what was going on and ran scans to confirm it. With the diagnosis confirmed, we were able to get the problem solved and I was finally over the pain I had for over 6 months.

The wire from my permanent retainer came loose. I emailed Dr. Park's office on Tuesday to see if they could fix it before Thanksgiving. They fit me in on Wednesday & fixed it within 10 minutes. I am so thankful for them!
