I've enjoyed working with Dr Tim. He doesn't talk a lot, not touchy feely, but is professional and takes care of his patients. Dealing with front desk feels transactional but not a big deal.

Four years ago my wife had a new crown placed by one of the dentists here. I remember she placed the crown in a rush rush manner. Few weeks later there was complications with that crown. We asked to see another dentist. Now after 4 years, that crown came off!! Her current dentist took photos of that tooth and missing crown and suggested to visit a periodontist to extract the tooth and do a bone graft because the dentist at Parklane dental grinned the tooth so much down to level of gum that another crown probably would not hold firmly as it should. Should a crown come off after 4 years because a dentist grinding down a tooth so much?? NOT GOOD!!!

I rarely had good experience with the office staffs. They have no patience. And now they don't even call you after your treatment, which it's their routine to call the next day after each treatment. Not to mention I just had a major treatment but they just don't bother to call.

This place is shady. All they care about is just business and money! They charge $1000-2000 more of every single treatment. They always try to upsell things. Not very polite and not very reliable. Be aware!

Me and my wife had a really great experience here! The place is clean and they have a protocol to make sure that you are not sick upon coming in. They all are very sweet, kind, helpful and personal -they don't make you feel that you are just another customer but they are very friendly, we had good conversations with them and they would even go an extra mile to cater to your needs. Keep up the good work guys! Definitely recommend this place to everyone and will definitely go back.

Extremely deceitful and shady. The dentist said my filling cracked but I have never even had a filing before. Really shady place, I will never come back here again.

DON'T COME to this dental clinic! They charged me 150 dollars for Teeth cleaning. But they only took three photos, indicating that my teeth are not suitable for cleaning. Then the money will not be refunded. I didn't do the Teeth cleaning ,so why should I pay 150 dollars?

My son had his wisdom teeth taken out. We were told a time for the appointment and we waited for over an hour for his oral surgery. I was the person having to inquire as to why? No explanation, blah, blah. I finally shared with Grace, "If you knew the previous surgery was running overtime, why not give the patient a call?" Also, I was quoted a certain amount of money by Grace which I brought in cash. When I arrived, she blasted me with an additional $249.00 which I placed on my credit card. The office staff is not friendly. Their rude. The surgeon never came out to greet .e before or after, so it's doubtful it was Dr. B and I was not impressed with the overall disorder and lack of cultural nuances of your supposed professional staff, including your dentists. I certainly will be sharing this information with my pediatric dentist. You should certainly invest some money in to teaching appropriate social skills.

This is my favorite dental office and the only one I go to consistently for years now. I always enjoy coming here and the staff are all great. Grace is so helpful and sweet, definitely ask for her. It is always pleasant seeing Julianna and Dr. To. They have stringent protocols so I definitely feel safe coming here.

I'm so happy and grateful I took my husband to Parklane Dental to take care of some cavities, and he left very happy. The staff and the dr. Were so nice and careful. Maria the front office lady came often to the room to check on my husband!!! She is the best! my husband is so scared of needles but the amazing staff make him very comfortable. Now he can't wait to get a new cavity thank you Dr. Tim and team!
