Dr. Parkinson and his staff are super friendly and highly professional. What I love about this dentist is that he will perform the treatment plan "pain free". They treat you like a family member and will accommodate your schedule. I recommend Dr. Parkinson any day of the week. Superb job!

The worst experience I've ever had. Wish I had never seen Dr. Parkinson. Recommended $13,000 worth of work that didn't need to be done.

Dr. Parkinson and his staff are great. If you have major work done, the Dr himself calls you at night to make sure everything is ok and Micah in the office who is all over the place is a delight and wii accommodate you any way she can.

Just had a root canal and everything went great. I've been going to Parkinson dentistry for about four years now and couldn't be happier. Great friendly staff who is flexible with my work hours. Go Dawgs!

I have been treated by Parkinson Dental for 5 years. I have always been treated with the utmost respect and I have never had to wait longer than 5 minutes to get into the chair. Dr. Parkinson always takes the time to explain procedures and answer all of my questions. He shows me pictures and xrays and makes sure that I am comfortable while work is being done. He is the only dentist who I have ever known who calls to check on me later that night to make sure I am OK. The staff is efficient and friendly, especially Mica who runs the front desk.

Dr. Parkinson and his staff are excellent! They are friendly, professional and extremely knowledgeable. After the thorough cleaning performed, they showed me pictures of my teeth that need to have work and then thoroughly explained what needs to be done and why. They work with you in getting the work done. They prove to you with the pictures they show you what really needs to be done first and you can actually see and understand what they are recommending with the photos taken and not just via an x-ray. It is a pleasure to have a knowledgeable dentist that truly cares about your teeth health, which is very important to overall good health. I highly recommend Dr. Parkinson and his awesome staff.

Back in 2013 --- Thinking that I was going in for a routine cleaning -- I mentioned that there was some discomfort in the top area of my mouth. Dr. Parkinson took an xray and misdiagnosed me as having a abscess above my crown. He hastily removed my crown, prescribed me antibiotics and referred me to a local endodontist. This specialist stated I did NOT have an abscess above the crown in question -- the black area above the tooth was only the sinus cavity. Disconcerted and devastated would be the two words that came to my mind. All I kept thinking was -- how in the world am I now going to pay for a costly crown. When I went to Parkinson's office to let him know he removed my crown in error and would like a refund for the $300 I had paid -- he would not even listen to me and insisted that I see yet another endodontist that was a buddy of his in Riverview. There was no way I was getting a second opinion from "his buddy" and decided to find another endodontist in my local area. This endodontist concurred that I did NOT have a massive abscess -- that it was simply my sinus cavity. This local endodontist called Dr. Parkinson on my behalf and asked if he would consider refunding my money due to his mistake. Again, Parkinson would not hear of it and said I had bailed on treatment. I do not consider seeing two endodontist and an oral surgeon "bailing" on treatment. I was trying to prove that this crown should never have been removed!!! I finally had no other choice but to have my dental insurance company investigate the matter and guess what? I was correct! They agreed the crown was taken off in error....he not only had to refund part of my money, but had to pay the insurance company back every dime. This practice lost 3 patients (our family) because this dentist could not admit he made a mistake. Consumers, please heed my advice. Get a second or even third opinion before a dentist wants to start removing costly crowns. It could save you thousands of dollars in the end. There are lots of professional, ethical, and kind dentist in Wesley Chapel ...avoid this practice. A dentist that does not know the difference between an abscess and a sinus --- RUN away.

Totally unhappy with the service received by Dr. Parkinson. After my last cleaning and a rather rude comment that he made to me, I decided that that would indeed by my last cleaning (the hygienists are the best thing about this practice). When I asked for my records, Mica sent me my old x-rays , but not the photograph of my teeth which I also requested. How outrageous! What is the problem with emailing me a photograph of MY tooth? For Dr. Parkinson not to "authorize" her to email this stating that it was something that they do in their practice is ludicrous! I should never had gone there and should have walked out when during my first visit Dr. Parkinson met me with a giant cold-sore which scared the crap out of me. There are many other dentists in Wesley Chapel, take your business elsewhere!
