Robert Parkinson, DMD received his advanced training from the Las Vegas Institute for Advanced Dental Studies. Since his graduation from the University of Florida College of Dentistry, Dr. Parkinson persistently enhances his dental knowledge by completing an elevated amount of continuing education yearly. He has focused his training on cosmetic dentistry and frequently learns new dental technologies in order to provide his patients with the highest quality dentistry possible.
Dr. Parkinson has also received advanced training in the areas of dental implants, cosmetic dentistry, root canal therapy, Invisalign and temporomandibular joint dysfunction (TMJ) treatment. He is a proud member of the American Dental Association, Florida Dental Association, Academy of General Dentistry, West Coast District Dental Association and the University of Florida College of Dentistry Alumni Association.
Dr. Parkinson and his team feel what sets their practice apart from others is that every patient is always treated like family from the moment they walk through the front door. It is this patient treatment philosophy that allows Parkinson Dentistry to be one of the Premier providers of high quality dentistry. Dr. Parkinson resides in the Tampa area enjoys spending his leisure time with hisloving wife and son.
Parkinson Dentistry team is diversely educated and experienced. All team members are there to help in every aspect of dental care. While each team member is well educated and experienced within their own role at Parkinson Dentistry, they also strive to keep up to date and knowledgeable to help their co-workers.

Beware of this place, the dental hygienist was very nice and did a good job. The dentist himself parkinson tried to suggest I get two crowns in my front teeth because of some very minimal cracks I have. I went to my main dentist 6 months later and they told me the cracks are of no concern and I should definitely not get any crowns. It seems to be a common trend for this dentist as I can tell in the reviews. He is very money hungry and doesn't care about your overall teeth health apparently. Thankfully I wasn't gullible enough to agree and spend 3,000.

EXCELLENT EXCELLENT EXCELLENT across the board!!!! Dr. Parkinson and the Riverview staff provided me with the utmost professionalism, efficiency and expertise that I have ever experienced in a very long time. I'm a bit of a coward when it comes to going to the dentist. Which garnered procrastination and poor choices. However, at PD my anxiety was put at ease. Now I'm motivated, encouraged and determined to maintain my oral health, hygiene, maintenance and prevention. My root canal was pretty much pain free...unprecedented! We found and outstanding dentist office and I'm so thankful to God that we did.

I Definitely recommend Parkinson Dentistry! Dr. Parkinson is Great and has a fun sense of humor! The office staff are wonderful! My hygienist was thorough and friendly! I had a great experience in spite of the work I needed done!

Very professional, knowledgeable, staff and Dentist. Moved here 5 years ago and haven't had the best experiences with all the corporate type offices only looking to meet their next sales goals. From trying to sell products that aren't needed or products that can be bought at local drug store for half the cost or less, to recommending services that aren't needed. This office is family owned with a staff that is friendly, down to earth and puts patients health and needs first. I have finally found my permanent office. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Dr Parkinson is a great dentist! He is extremely knowledgeable and a great personality that is very caring. The staff is great, everyone is very caring and nice. Angela is also the best hygienist!!

Went today for the first time, haven't been to a dentist in almost 5 years. I was a bit nervous due to less than satisfactory treatment at previous dentists, but it was an amazing experience from the time I entered to the time I left. I was greeted upon walking in, the paperwork I needed to fill out was waiting for me and everyone was so friendly and non-judgmental.

I have been going to Dr. Parkinson for at least 10 years now and he has got to be the best or one of the best Dentists in Riverview. The staff and hygienists are very friendly and efficient.

Extremely friendly dentist and staff. They work quickly but do a great job. Very compassionate and caring. They were wonderful with my 2 year old son while I was getting crowns. Best experience I have ever had at a dentist.

Dr. Parkinson is the best. Efficient and totally painless. Just had two crowns put in and everything went perfect and quickly. For me he is the best dentist and dentist office in riverview

Hands down best dentist facility Ive ever been too. Reasons i gave 5 stars. 1. Fast able to get appointment within few days - needed it. 2. Friendly, efficient and knowlegable staff. 3. Very clear about options, insurance and pricing before starting after initial assesment. 4. Did not rush procedure but were quick in and out. 5. Absolutly pain free... needed deep cleaning and crown. And im scared of dentist... no more. I would drive a while to keep coming here. :)

In the past three years I have used three different dentists and Parkinson Dentistry is the best experience I had. I originally visited for a filling that had fallen out of my tooth. Dr. Parkinson and his team took pictures to show me what they were explaining and did the best work I've had done. The hygienist was amazing as well- very knowledgable and explained a lot of things no other dentist or hygienist had explained before. This practice is really great. Excellent doctor, excellent hygienists and the nicest people you could ask for. I'll be sticking with them for a long time.
