I love this dental practice! The dentists, hygienists, and staff are super friendly and supportive. I hate going to the dentist, but this has been the best experience; I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Highly Recommend! I worked first with Dr. T and am now a client of Dr. Avi. Parkfield Dental has truly taken the time to prioritize care for my specific dental needs which are recognized by investing in technology and their team. For example, TVs in each room, 3D scans, no gooey impressions, and they are an Invisalign gold plus provider. I generally only go to the dentist for routine cleanings. On my first visit with Dr. Avi, he informed me of a crack in my tooth that was created from two old fillings. With that, he recommended removing the 2 fillings causing the crack and replacing it with a permanent crown as the best solution. For a crown, it was important for me to have the perfect color shade. Dr. Avi connected me with a specialist to create a custom tooth shade. The team at Parkfield Dental really went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied with the color by giving me 2 appointments to confirm the shade before permanently sealing the tooth. They made me feel comfortable asking questions along the way and provided context throughout the process. Side note - the crown is porcelain which means no gray line at the gum line. No one likes the gray line!!! Overall, the team is talented and personable, and honestly, they make going to the dentist fun.

Today was my first visit to Parkfield Dental. It impressed me that they had newer software & equipment than my former Dentist. Also the Staff, Hygienist, & Dentist were so friendly & competent that I was very happy I chose Dr. Patel at Parkfield Dental!!

* Lacking professionalism in the reception area * I have had two dental cleaning / visits at Parkfield and had no issue with the Dr'.... He was great. The wait times were not an issue either. Unfortunately, my overall positive experience has recently changed. I made an appointment to get my molars extracted in a months advance. (Note: Many times I had trouble contacting the reception...the phone would just ring and ring throughout this time). After having someone out of town take time off from work just to be with me (as I'd need a driver for that day) and after taking a day off of work myself, I was told my appointment 3 days prior to SX day that it had to be postponed. The surgeon is to have an "emergency" and be somewhere else. How is it an emergency if he's planned out to be somewhere else days in advance? Somewhere there is a lack of communication and it's very unfair to clients like me. Although they did offer a 10% off if I rescheduled.....& I would have liked to take the offer; I cannot trust them to not do this again. Update: The surgeon himself, who's on my case, went out of his way to rectify the the situation !

I went to Parkfield Dental for an Invisalign consultation. The doctor was very friendly and knowledgeable and explained the process in a way that I could easily understand. The entire team from the front desk to the assistant made my appointment seamless - there was hardly a wait! The payment options were great for me and I started Invisalign. If you are looking for a dentist to take your smile to the next level, I highly recommend Parkfield Dental.

My husbnd had a "very" old root canal go bad. He ended up getting a severe infection from it. We went to Parkfield Family Dental for help. Efforts were made to save his tooth, but he ended up getting it extracted in the end. Dr.Avi and his assistant ( the both times we were there) were wonderful. They were both professional & inviting, plus they work together very well. The front office staff were nice as well. I would recommend them highly.

I have been going to Dr. Patel's dental office for the past five years and although I usually despise going to the dentist but I have found the experience here to be seamless. Dr. Patel takes time to answer any questions or address concerns; and also goes over the health of your gums and teeth to prevent future issues. I began treatment for Invisalign earlier this year and the process could not be smoother! I highly recommend Dr. Patel and his team --they are knowledgeable, helpful, and extremely friendly.

I went to Parkfield Dental for a second opinion after my long-time dentist office recommended two crowns out of the blue. Dr Patel made me feel very comfortable and answered all of my questions in such a way that I actually understand what is happening in my mouth. He recommended fillings instead of crowns and provided me with a treatment plan that is much more conservative than my last dentist. This office has the latest technology - they took pictures of my teeth and showed them to me on a big screen TV. I wish my last dentist would have taken the time to do that. The entire team is super friendly and makes you feel at home. Highly recommend this office!

I've had a fantastic experience with Dr. Patel, Angie, and the whole staff with multiple services lately. First, I'm not the biggest fan of dentists, I always feel grossed out and that the equipment is old but Parkfield has clean and new equipment that even my "germ-phobic" side was fine with. They also have advanced technology that made x-rays less uncomfortable than my past dentists. Thanks to this I was not only more comfortable getting scanned/x-rayed but I was able to get a night mouth guard made faster than any other dentist I've been to. Also, I have had issues in the past due to one of my front teeth being a crown (knocked out in a fall) that is a different size than my real teeth around it. Over the years the crown stayed white and my teeth around it turned yellow. Long story short, I had no confidence in my smile, my front teeth were different colors and sizes. Dr. Patel and his team professionally consulted with me on options that were in my budget, best for my smile/health and now I love my smile! A truly caring, advanced, and highly proficient office with great staff! I'll never switch doctors even if I have to travel to this office.

I've been going to Parkfield when it first opened with Dr. T and Dr. Patel. (probably 6 years) Unfortunately, Dr. T and Anna (the awesome hygienist) are both gone. I went in for my 6 mo checkup this week and had a traumatizing experience. The temp hygienist Mikayla was awesome by the way - very professional and made an effort to get to know me and my teeth. The new doctor, Dr. Avi Patel, was not however. He spent 2 minutes with me, did not get to know me, did not get to know that I am extremely nervous about metal things poking near my sensitive right tooth. He poked around my mouth with a metal instrument and then used a percussion instrument in the tips of my teeth to see why I was sensitive. But there was no forewarning or anything. I am traumatized. I hated how I was treated.

No Dr. T, no way. Dr. T became a good friend of mine over many years of care, but after he sold the practice back to the original owner, I thought I'd still give it a shot. All the old staff left, which is a red flag, but the new staff is still friendly... but I found myself being nickeled and dimed and upsold on things no other dentist would recommend... They wanted 1k to remove a permanent retainer (no other dentist would touch that even when I asked) and give me regular retainers, then sold me a 50 dollar bottle of toothpaste... and it turned out it had no ingredients different from regular toothpaste. I had a cavity filled that the assistant missed, and just weeks later I've noticed more cavities on the same tooth... I think I'll go somewhere else now.

Update June 2022: on my last cleaning visit the whole staff had changed. Instead of a cleaning other procedures were done and I was pushed to get fillings on all my mouth. I trusted the doctor and the work was ok but why did all staff and the Dr change? Why the change without explanation? I am concerned I was talked into more expensive medical procedures but not sure why and concern were not answered. I can see this could be the right approach, but why where these changes not discussed at all? Very nice first experience. Everyone was super nice and super helpful. Will gladly go back and recommend it.

Unethical and here are the reasons: - Previous dentist Dr T departs yet new dentist Dr Patel and staff did not attempt to inform me of this change much less being an out of network provider until the day I arrive and in the chair getting X-rays. - Presented with higher than anticipated treatment costs after X-rays and exam resulting in my declining treatment. - Insurance company swiftly billed for X-rays and exam
